IRB World rankings during the RWC Empty IRB World rankings during the RWC

We mere mortals in the NH are more than ten points behind the champions elect.

But RWC ranking points count double. How does that affect the points exchange?

And does the RWC rule only come into effect in the finals - or does it also count for qualifiers?

Portnoy, I'm pretty sure they only count double during the RWC, and that is at all stages from pools thru to final OK
