Michael Carberry
Apparently Michael Carberry has just scored a century in his third game match back following his serious illness. Well done to him, and all the best for the future.
What are your opinions on his future England chances? Can he play himself back into contention? Or has his opportunity unfortunately passed him by? I feel that England's batting doesn't have quite the same depth as our bowling, and, in particular, those players pushing for selection seem to be middle order players.

Re: Michael Carberry
Before this Carberry was in shocking form so he'll need a few more high scores to catch the selectors eyes. Top notch innings though
Re: Michael Carberry
Just to mention that there is similar thread about Carberry on the Hants page.....

If he haven't of catched that illness who knows where he could of been now. In the England squad I would imagine
Re: Michael Carberry
Last time I saw him bat I was concerned by some technical deficiencies in Mike Carberry's batting. I'd like to see how he's playing now to see if he has ironed out the weaknesses.
In the meantime if he wants to put himself in the selectors eyes then carry on in the same way as with this triple ton.
