1st TP window is from the morning up until 12pm.The second allows for offers from 12pm until 6pm
You can only counter offer another teams offer up until the point I have responded to the offer. I will not respond to any offers until the window is closed. if someone makes an offer just before the close of the window, the window for this player is extended by 1 hour from the point of the last offer.

ALL TP's must be in the following format:

TP: (i.e. the number of the TP from you daily allowance, 1,2 or 3)
Player: (i.e. RVP aka the best striker in the land)
Team: (i.e. Arsenal aka the best team in the land)
Offer: (i.e. £35M)
Reason: (i.e. reason they would join)

TPs not in the correct format or outside the window will be ignored.

You cannot make a bid unless you already have the cash to complete the deal you must have the funds already, or have guaranteed funds arriving, to be able to finance the deal. (i.e. you cannot bid and then after bidding try to raise the funds by offering your players for sale).

If you cannot reach an agreement with the selling club within 3 negotiations the selling club will pull out of the deal.

You have 24 hours (from the moment your offer was accepted) to confirm the transfer. If you do not complete the deal in 24 hours you will have to make a new enquiry to sign the player and other clubs will once again be able to bid on him.

Inter are known to be looking to trim their wage bill and in these twighlight years of his career Walter Samuel would much prefer 1st team football over bench warming. We offer this to him and a fair some of cash to Inter for an older player. There are already a few south americans at the club so he should bed in well. I think he would help us lead our assualt on the Europa league, Cup and League title and ensure we qualify for the CL next season.

Im just trying to keep this league realistic. I think alot of quality can be brought into the league but teams like Inter, Man Utd, Barca etc are still better than this league itself and especially players like Sneijder etc. I see no problems with getting there lesser know players who we know will take a drop, John O'Shea and Wes Brown to Sunderland for example.

Nick, please confirm the Reus deal. You can't have a bidding war then pull out if your the high bidder. Afro said yesterday anybody seen doing so will be fined!

Just because I win a “bidding war” doesn’t mean I have to buy a player. You say what MelonGimp did to me was realistic, saying sell me a player for less than another offer or ill go and buy your transfer target, well if that’s realistic and allowed then so should a team cancelling a transfer. Nothing stopping the team who got out bidded to pay there bid and sign him if interest is lost from another party.

If you won't pay the fine Nick one of your players will go in the auction. An if you play them in matches they won't count.

Nick, it's the rules. Otherwise from now on I could use all my tp's to just wait until you bid for somebody and outbid you then when I win the bidding war cancel my bid everytime so you could never sign anybody again. That wouldn't be fair would it? So if people win the bidding war they have to sign the player, otherwise people could just drive prices up with no itention to sign the player.

Thats the rule page,ok it does not mention anything about the £2m fine but Andy you knew about that rule and so does everyone else. But ok if you want to go by that rule, I can comment on your T.P bad or good, I can drive up the price of a player and not sign him and I can do it all the time, I can hand in tactics whenever I feel like, I won't get an auto loss, I can make as many T.P as i like because it's not in the rule book.

But because it did not say on the rule page nothing can be done and all fines do not have to be payed because it does not say on the rule page and adding it on now won't count.
