First topic message reminder :

Open Monday - Wednesday. Three offers per team, per day.

1st TP window is from the morning up until 12pm.The second allows for offers from 12pm until 6pm
You can only counter offer another teams offer up until the point I have responded to the offer. I will not respond to any offers until the window is closed. if someone makes an offer just before the close of the window, the window for this player is extended by 1 hour from the point of the last offer.

ALL TP's must be in the following format:

TP: (i.e. the number of the TP from you daily allowance, 1,2 or 3)
Player: (i.e. RVP aka the best striker in the land)
Team: (i.e. Arsenal aka the best team in the land)
Offer: (i.e. £35M)
Reason: (i.e. reason they would join)

TPs not in the correct format or outside the window will be ignored.

You cannot make a bid unless you already have the cash to complete the deal you must have the funds already, or have guaranteed funds arriving, to be able to finance the deal. (i.e. you cannot bid and then after bidding try to raise the funds by offering your players for sale).

If you cannot reach an agreement with the selling club within 3 negotiations the selling club will pull out of the deal.

You have 24 hours (from the moment your offer was accepted) to confirm the transfer. If you do not complete the deal in 24 hours you will have to make a new enquiry to sign the player and other clubs will once again be able to bid on him.

Samuel Inkoom - seems fair enough based on the prices being bandied around atm.

Alessio Cerci - a good young player who has attracted a lot of interest in Italy and further afield. La Viola would want a fair bit more than that.

Reason: Radu is a versatile LB/CB. He can be very useful to the Tottenham team. He can sure up the LB spot as he is more defensive than our current and can also be a very solid CB for us.

We feel we can offer him more than current club Lazio in terms of better standard of league, better challenge, train and play with better player, compete at a top level in Europe’s biggest club competition.

Cup competitions and League are on offer to Radu so there is plenty of opportunity for match time.

Reason: Hernanes has shined since moving to Lazio but has still failed to be recognised for his international team Brazil. A move to Tottenham will give him more the chance to play alongside top world stars in highly competitive League and Cup competitions. This can elevate him into the Brazil squad/team and help him cement a place representing his country.

We have Brazilian Sandro at the club who will help him settle in. May I point out Sandro is a current Brazilian National squad member and you could say Tottenham helped him achieve that.

Cup competitions and League are on offer to Hernanes so there is plenty of opportunity for match time.

Niang will play domestic cup matches to gain some experience. We will then look to next season to get him involved with the first team in the league and if impressing maybe even a place in the match day European squad.

He plays for an improving Lazio team who just missed out on CL place last year and have made some good signings so will push for CL hard this year as well as being in Europa. He plays week in week out there and doesn't want to move to sit on the bench somewhere.

Hernanes - The talented Brazilian is interested in the move but joined Lazio for around £12M last season and did very well so they would like to make a profit £15M

Niang - Is not really interested in the move as he is only 16 and would prefer to stay with his family and get 1st team football at Caen and cannot see where he can fit into your plans at all? Some of the larger clubs in France sniffed around him towards the end of last season and he stated he is not interested in a move in this stage of his career.

Lazio are interested in a deal involving those players and Gareth Bale.
However they value that set of players at £44M and Gareth Bale at £33M(as per the lawyers offer) so would need an additional £11M to be paid in installments is what they would agree to.

Tottenham feel Bale has been under valued by Inter by £2m therefore we value Bale at £35m. Saying that it IS your valuation we must work on.

Tottenham FC feel the combined vale of Zárate & Radu is £25m We would like to know what Lazio value Zárate & Radu at and see if we can negotiate a deal.
Also we would liek to know the following:
Are we allowed to have the option of a buy back clause on Bale? You the same with Zárate.
Are we allowed to have first option if you wish to sell/or a bid comes in.

Read last week Lazio would not allow Zarate to leave for less than £22M
So I went
Zarate £22m, Hernanes £15M, Radu £8M and a £1m discount = £44M
Bale = £33M
Diff = £11M could be rounded to £10M

So Bale + £10M = the 3 players.

No buy back clause, no first option. Although I imagine Spurs would be favourites as he has played with them before and plays for them irl.

OK, how about a deal for just Zarate & Radu?

So Bale = Zarate & Radu + £2m ???

Tottenham are just weighing up which deal would be best suited for both parties.

He has already played in the English leagues and we have a few French speaking players here. We know it is the Muslim month of Ramadan and will cater to Mr Kanoutes needs.

did lucas leave through lawyers offers, as i was given the understanding that we couldnt buy anyone back from lawyers until a list of the players that left had been completed, otherwise id have gone for lucas much earlier
