1st TP window is from the morning up until 12pm.The second allows for offers from 12pm until 6pm
You can only counter offer another teams offer up until the point I have responded to the offer. I will not respond to any offers until the window is closed. if someone makes an offer just before the close of the window, the window for this player is extended by 1 hour from the point of the last offer.

ALL TP's must be in the following format:

TP: (i.e. the number of the TP from you daily allowance, 1,2 or 3)
Player: (i.e. RVP aka the best striker in the land)
Team: (i.e. Arsenal aka the best team in the land)
Offer: (i.e. £35M)
Reason: (i.e. reason they would join)

TPs not in the correct format or outside the window will be ignored.

You cannot make a bid unless you already have the cash to complete the deal you must have the funds already, or have guaranteed funds arriving, to be able to finance the deal. (i.e. you cannot bid and then after bidding try to raise the funds by offering your players for sale).

If you cannot reach an agreement with the selling club within 3 negotiations the selling club will pull out of the deal.

You have 24 hours (from the moment your offer was accepted) to confirm the transfer. If you do not complete the deal in 24 hours you will have to make a new enquiry to sign the player and other clubs will once again be able to bid on him.

Manchester United have Rooney, Welbeck and Hernandez all ahead of him in the pecking order. With his talent it seems a waste to be a fourth choice striker. He wasn't even on the bench for the Champions League final, so there's a case that Owen could even be preferred to him. Alex Ferguson has admitted that offers have came in for the player. We can offer 10m for the forward, who would be offered first team football. Amauri will get the role of backup striker, replacing Peter Crouch who has left the club.

With the arrivals of defenders Taiwo and Mexes to AC Milan, the competition for places in the AC Milan defense has increased. Zambrotta, Thiago Silva, Mexes, Taiwo looks to be the first choice back four this season, and there is no place for Abate. They like to play a 4-3-3 and with the Robinho-Pato-Ibrahimovic front three there's also no place for him on the wing. We would pay 8m for the services of the 24 year old. If this signing goes through, he will be guaranteed first team football as we would sell Dario Srna.

I can't really answer that Abate one as I have a vested interest having bid for Srna.

Reason: Craig Bellamy is clearly not needed or wanted by Roberto Mancini. He was sent out on loan last season and Mancini has said that the player isn't in his plans. He's nowhere near the starting XI and there is talk that he will be allowed to leave on a free transfer. 3.5m is a generous bid for a player in these circumstances, as he is also off the wage bill.

Joe Cole was at Liverpool at the start of the game and after various transfers around the league, left Birmingham for Rangers in a lawyers offer in season 2. Therefore, he is not a Liverpool player and not yet available to transfer back into the league.

Bryan Luiz was at Birmingham as well and then left as a part exchange offer to Leverkusen for one of the many Leverkusen players that Fan signed for Birmingham.

Aw well he knows the team and the fans well then and will be eager to come back home!

I need to check when he left. If it is since the start of season 2, then it will be a no-go. We shall see.....

Dont feel Milan would want to sell him. Played a good amount of games last season.
Taye Taiwo is a LB. Mexes is a CB. Gianluca Zambrotta is aging so I feel he is first choice RB.

I actually agree with that on Abate. Also Mexes and Taiwo aren't at Milan in this league.

Also with Fenerbache being kicked out the Champions League due to match fixing, he wouldnt want to be linked to a club with fix hanging over their heads.

Andy - I have decided that any player who leaves through the lawyers (or as a part-ex in a TP) cannot return until they have completed a full season, start to finish, with their new club.

Therefore, anyone who left during season 2, cannot rejoin the league until the end of the season 3.

Fenerbache being kicked out the Champions League due to match fixing, we can offer him European football here at Spurs. He has the likes of Coentrão to learn off which can only make him a better player. All cup comps are a start for him and if impressing enough maybe even a start in League matches. International team mate BArnetta is also at Tottenham.

I've tried to be consistent with Smarts past answers and dealings.

Dede - has previously been enquired after by Everton. Vasco accept the offer, but Dede would like reassurances of guaranteed first team football before uprooting from Brazil.

Banega - has also been enquired after before. Valencia paid €18m for and would not be prepared to sell so cheapily. £14m is the previously quoted price, so this is what you would have to pay.

Berbatov - I do not believe that United would write off so much of their investment and he is looking for European football. Also, Welbeck is at Sunderland, so Berba is currently first back-up to Rooney and Chicharito

Abate - Abate is first choice RB, plus Mexes is at Liverpool and Taiwo at Sunderland. The player is not interested in the move.

Bellamy - Smarts has previously quoted £4m, so this is what it will require.

Kelly + Maduro - Smarts was cracking down on part exchanges unless there is evidence of interest. Please provide a link that shows Valencia's interest in Corluka, otherwise it will take straight cash to sign both. Maduro £4m and Kelly £9m (they paid £7m and have no other top RB)

Rochina - £500k accepted

Ruiz - was sold to PSG in season 2 as a part ex for Nene. PSG are not prepared to sell so soon after acquiring him.

Shaqiri - will not move until the end of the season at the earliest.

Hernandez - Valencia prepared to do a deal, but do not let their stars leave so cheapily.
