Transfer Pendings - Page 6 Empty Transfer Pendings

Post by smartestgooner Wed 10 Aug 2011, 15:46

First topic message reminder :

Open Monday - Wednesday. Three offers per team, per day.

1st TP window is from the morning up until 12pm.The second allows for offers from 12pm until 6pm
You can only counter offer another teams offer up until the point I have responded to the offer. I will not respond to any offers until the window is closed. if someone makes an offer just before the close of the window, the window for this player is extended by 1 hour from the point of the last offer.

ALL TP's must be in the following format:

TP: (i.e. the number of the TP from you daily allowance, 1,2 or 3)
Player: (i.e. RVP aka the best striker in the land)
Team: (i.e. Arsenal aka the best team in the land)
Offer: (i.e. £35M)
Reason: (i.e. reason they would join)

TPs not in the correct format or outside the window will be ignored.

You cannot make a bid unless you already have the cash to complete the deal you must have the funds already, or have guaranteed funds arriving, to be able to finance the deal. (i.e. you cannot bid and then after bidding try to raise the funds by offering your players for sale).

If you cannot reach an agreement with the selling club within 3 negotiations the selling club will pull out of the deal.

You have 24 hours (from the moment your offer was accepted) to confirm the transfer. If you do not complete the deal in 24 hours you will have to make a new enquiry to sign the player and other clubs will once again be able to bid on him.

Players who have left the league through lawyers:

Arbeloa was on the bench so is definately in the picture. Ramos and Marcelo played FBs, but Mourinho has been playing Coentrao in a DM role during pre-season.

Thanks for the link to ESPN, although I actually used it myself to check my facts before replying initially.

If you delve a bit further and go to the squad stats, he has started 2 games and been sub in 1, in all competitions.

http://soccernet.espn.go.com/team/squad/_/id/86/league/all/real-madrid?cc=5739

And TPs are closed today.

They were only open yesterday, so no more enquiries today

He did.

When he took over he had Srna and Capdevila, but thought Criscito and Lichtsteiner were decent options.

Did you see my response to your post yesterday, posted on your page?

Post by Tranquil Chaos Mon 05 Sep 2011, 11:36

Time: 11:30
TP1
Player: Chiek Tiote
Team: Newcastle
Offer: 6.5m
Reason: Newcastle are a team clearly in decline, selling all their best players and taking the money, and the dressing room morale appears to be very low, so we feel a more than double your money offer to newcastle would be enough for them to accept, and the player will play at a higher level, learning off Van Bommel with the view to replacing him in the future.

TP2
Yossi Benayoun
Chelsea
4m
Reason: obviously not wanted by chelsea after being offered to spurs irl, and the manager clearly doesnt rate him if he is will ing to loan him to a rival club, and 6m total would be a good price for the player as it represents a good profit, and we feel the move would be good for the player as he will be a first team player in his last few years in the top flight, playing a key part in this continually rising club

Time: 10:58am
TP: 1
Player: Kolo Habib Toure
Team: Man City
Offer: £7M
Reason:
Toure is unlikely to get regular 1st team football at Man City due to Kompany and Lescott taking the starting roles and Savic being brought in for big money as their backup. At this stage in his career Kolo needs 1st team football and will want to be making the most of his last years. Man Citys owners will not want to have somebody of Toures new found reputation on their wage bill. Whilst we at Everton do not care lol.

TP: 1/3
Player: Simon Vukcevic
From: Sporting Lisbon
To: Blackburn
Fee: 2m
Reason: Joined Blackburn IRL for this amount and think he would be great for the club

TP: 2/3
Player: Mathieu Valbuena
From: Marseille
To: Blackburn
Fee: 9m
Reason: Was rumoured to be allowed to leave in the summer transfer window and think he would be a quality player in the middle of the park for us as well as on the wing.

Kolo Toure - I can't say what Mancini's feelings on Toure's ban are. Before he was banned, Toure and Kompany were the first choice before his ban and he has a bit of paying back to do. Therefore, my answer is that Man City reject the offer as derisory whilst the player indicates he is not interested in leaving City at the moment and wants to repay the club.

Tranq,
Tiote - I need to see if any players have joined Newcastle through lawyers offers, I will check Vivas list in due course. If no players have joined Newcastle through lawyers it will be a no as they have sold many players to the league and their squad is threadbare.
Benayoun - As he has moved to Arsenal on loan irl that offer is rejected as Benayoun has shown he can still punch above the weight of this league. Despite the fact that Chelsea would sell.

Andy,
Vukevic - I thought it was £3M for the move irl? Meet in the middle £2.5M and it's a deal.
Valbuena - In light of your great league position and the fact you won the league just over a season ago Valbuena is interested in the move. However the fee is quite a fair bit below Marseilles asking price.

TP3
Ibrahim Affellay
Barca
7.5m
he is 5th choice for the widemen spots at Barca, and they still need to balance their books, this offer is good for both the player and the selling club, as its repreents almost triple the price they paid, and for the player, he has heard nothing but good things from kuyt, and this also gives him the opportunity to get regular football week in week as he was dropped from the latest dutch squad and this is the chance to force himself back into the squad and show that he is the man to step in for robben if he gets injured

I was aware of that Viva. However I still don't feel he would join Stoke based on league position and previous acheivements. However a cup win might change that. But Valbuena was kind of offered to Arsenal before they secured CL football and seemed very interested in the move. For all he knew Arsenal could have lost to Udinese and be playing Europa league. Blackburn won in season 1 and despite struggling last season have come back with a bang and are doing great this season so Valbuena is interested in the move. However the cash amount offered is a fair way short of Marseilles valuation.

TP1
Lucas Rodrigues Moura da Silva
From: São Paulo
To: Tottenham
Fee: £5m

Lucas is an up and coming badman and we wish to bring him to the Lane. He can join out great youth policy and become the next big thing here at Spurs. He will have all domestic cup matches and if impressing league starts.

TP: 1/3
Player: Mario Balotelli
From: Man City
To: Birmingham
Fee: Season Long Loan (including season 4)
Reason: 4th choice striker at Man City and fracturous relationship with manager, potential firecracker in the dressing room so wishes to loan him out.

TP: 2/3
Player: Kaka
From: Real Madrid
To: Birmingham
Fee: Season Long Loan (including season 4)
Reasons: Heavy rumours abound that he was going to be going to Tottenham on loan on last day of real transfer window, career has faltered badly in Madrid and this allows him to rejuvinate his career and showcase himself to the Premier League.

TP2
Sami Khedira
From: Real Madrid
To: Tottenham
Fee: £12m
Reason: Sami probably didnt get the match time expected when he went to Madrid. With the addition of Nuri Şahin and Alonso still clearley infront of him I feel offering him the match time he wants is a big lure.

We already have ex Real Madrid player Banzema here who is getting the match time so he can vouch for Tottenhams word.
Also Germany international teammates Per Mertesacker and Mario Götze are here at The Lane so he has plenty on friends to settle in.

In all he will get the match time he want, league games and cup.

Sorry to say Valbuena has just studied your league finish last season and the fact you are currently sitting outside of the European places (last time he checked you were top of the league!) and decided he is no longer interested in a move to Blackburn.

Stop talking this conspiracy crap.

Smarts thought Andy was still top of the league when he replied and based his answer on this league position.

I pointed out that Andy was in fact 5th and Smarts corrected his mistake.

We are going to make mistakes, so what would you rather - we covered them up and turned a blind eye to it, or we own up and correct it before it's too late?

Ok, Valbuena was going to join Andy for a fact 100% if I didnt open my mouth.

Smartest realised I was right and had to do something because I put a lot of effort into Valbuena and he knew he made the wrong descision, so he quickly thought of an excuse to say he won't join and now I've cost Andy the T.P and I will get murked in voting for the cup. When have we ever back tracked in T.P? Never. That is the truth and what I meant not being a plum.

To be honest Viva, I didn't pay any attention to what you said about the TP. Only when Afro highlighted on PM that Andy was no longer in European places in the league (last time I checked before hols he was top of the league) did I change my mind. If I knew Andy was outside of the European places in the league I would never have even allowed the bidding to continue.

So nothing to do with what you said.

If you had or hadn't opened your mouth, Valbuena would NOT have been joining Andy.

ATM, I would say not, but I would say that if you can get European football, then potentially. It depends whether he wants CL football and French League, or EL football and the Furious League.

I will give my opinions to Smarts, sometimes when he doesn't ask for them, but ultimately, he gets the final call

One thing I wondered one about the league is perhaps introducing a max wage limit per club so that part of making offers to players etc is their weekly wage, you might £50m in the kitty to go out and tempt Sneijder etc but if you're already at your wage cap you can't stump up the £250k weekly wage.

Time: 17.17
TP: TP2
Player: Jake Livermore
Team: Free Agent
Offer: £750K
Reason: He is a free agent so would love to join a club we offer £750K signing on fee, (Raheem Sterling got £500K). We promise him a shot at the cup next year qualifying as a british player.

TP: 3/3
Player: Gennaro Gattuso
From: AC Milan
To: Birmingham
Fee: £5m
Reason: With his contract up at the end of the season at AC it's a chance for AC to cash on a player in the twilight of his career and for him to get one last pay day. He'd also relish getting the opportunity to get revenge on Spurs. A tempter would be the offer of the Captain's armband should he join.
