Transfer Pendings
First topic message reminder :
Open Monday - Wednesday. Three offers per team, per day.
1st TP window is from the morning up until 12pm.The second allows for offers from 12pm until 6pm
You can only counter offer another teams offer up until the point I have responded to the offer. I will not respond to any offers until the window is closed. if someone makes an offer just before the close of the window, the window for this player is extended by 1 hour from the point of the last offer.
ALL TP's must be in the following format:
TP: (i.e. the number of the TP from you daily allowance, 1,2 or 3)
Player: (i.e. RVP aka the best striker in the land)
Team: (i.e. Arsenal aka the best team in the land)
Offer: (i.e. £35M)
Reason: (i.e. reason they would join)
TPs not in the correct format or outside the window will be ignored.
You cannot make a bid unless you already have the cash to complete the deal you must have the funds already, or have guaranteed funds arriving, to be able to finance the deal. (i.e. you cannot bid and then after bidding try to raise the funds by offering your players for sale).
If you cannot reach an agreement with the selling club within 3 negotiations the selling club will pull out of the deal.
You have 24 hours (from the moment your offer was accepted) to confirm the transfer. If you do not complete the deal in 24 hours you will have to make a new enquiry to sign the player and other clubs will once again be able to bid on him.
Players who have left the league through lawyers:

Re: Transfer Pendings
He didnt try to out bid me, he tried to swindle me, a threat if you like.
He treatend to buy one of my transfer targets if I didnt sell him a player for cheap.
I am discusted and fustrated at the Governing Body of this League. This would of never happerend in The Italian Furious League
Ohhh BOOM I just gto a bad man Idea for a league!!! Pure gangsta idea, but its tought and would require more managers.

The Italian furious league lol Azzy put so much time into that to be fair. But he wouldn't let me rip people off, I bought Montolivo for £6M from somebody and Azzy said his market value has dropped to £6M now so I can't use him in a deal for a more expensive player lol

Re: Transfer Pendings
I don't know if I can answer that, I'll have to look through the rule book and see what it says on there.
Re: Transfer Pendings
Azzy was a great guy, he knew about Football and to be fair he was right most of the time but people treated him like a mad man. He did have those silly moments where he would sell all his best players for rubbish ones, I am a bit like that but I manage to stop the madness before I sell.
I didn't join his Italian league because of protest, I think he left our league and created his own so out of respect I would not join unlike you lot.
Do you remember Ronnys league? lol I had a sick team, he was so daft with the T.P's Jarvis was worth £9m in the league and Pepe was only worth £4m lol I used to like him till I found out his a racist Kumquat.

Re: Transfer Pendings
1) There is a lot of stuff not written down as rules because the general assumption is that most of us have been doing the leagues together long enough to know how it works. If we really need to have everything written down then we will, but for flip sake, stop being pains on the arses.
2) There will be no fines dished out from what has been posted this morning. It started from Viva answering Smarts TPs, and Andy was reacting to that.
3) All TPs are answered by Smarts, except for Smarts own TPs, which only I will answer.
4) By virtue of entering into a bidding war for Reus, you have committed to buying him. You have run these leagues long enough to know that Nick. If you want to put a medical slant on it, you signed a contract with him and now he has failed his medical and drugs test. It was your fault for doing the medical after commiting and you have no choice but to sign him. I expect tp see you raise the £9m to sign him and for you to confirm it. If you do not want him, then you can release him for £4.5m, and you only have to raise £4.5m to sign him in the first place.
Smarts - I will answer your TPs shortly, once I have looked one or two things up, but I wouldn't start writing your tactics with Snjieder in the team just yet.

Re: Transfer Pendings
I agree Afro, I thought we all understood that not all rules are on the page and the majority of us have been playing these leagues over 2 years would know. It was only because Andy said he only follows what happens through the rule book. I just thought I'd be difficult and mess about.
Anyway you can't over rule me over the fines, I over rules myself.

Re: Transfer Pendings
Snjeider - sorry, but no chance. He would rather hold out for a move to Man Utd, or stay at Inter, than join Everton at this stage. He may reconsider if you win the European Cup a couple of times.
Dede - He is considered one of the best CB's in Brazil. Vasco would demand more money, however Dede has declared that he has no desire to mvoe to England to sit on the bench
Samuel - Samuel is quite content to see out his days at Inter (based on previous enquiries for him). He feels that although you are top, the league is tight and that CL football is far from guaranteed. If you win the league and can still assure Samuel of first team football, then he may reconsider.

Re: Transfer Pendings
Tranq,
Gonzalo Rodriguez - Played a decent amount of games last season would take a £7M fee
Claudio Marchissio - Juventus value him much higher as despite Di Natales quality he is old and as such would not command much of a transfer fee.
--------
so is there no scope for renegotiation on marchisio?

Reus transfer saga.
Tottenham confirm they wish to sign the player.
The funds are unavailable
Tottenham will allow the player to stay at his current club.
Tottenham will pay the money as soon as it is raised, which manager Nick Fury sees as no later than 5pm on Monday 15th August.
If you do not accept this than Flip OFF

Re: Transfer Pendings
Borussia are happy to negotiate a deal but this will incur additional fees.
Firstly the fee will now rise by £2M to £11M as you could not pay on time. This fee is payable as soon as possible.
For every fortnight the fee has not been paid it will increase by £2M (The first £2M increase will be on the 24th August).
Reus will stay at Borussia until the £11M sum has been paid off by atleast 50% (i.e. £5.5M).
As soon as Tottenham generate any income this income goes direct to Borussia Dortmund until the fee is paid off in full.
These terms are non negotiable.

Transfer Pendings are open.
Just to let everybody know I rejected the Cleverley deal by Aston Villa the other day but I later on PM'd the manager as I decided Cleverley is available based on the fact Henderson joined Man Utd in lawyers in our league.

Re: Transfer Pendings
Right if nobody else is going to bid I will
Time: 12.12pm
TP: 1
Player: Victor Moses
Team: Wigan
Offer: £4M
Reason: We saw Jesus join the league last week, now I want to sign Moses lol.
Victor would be a bright young talent coming into the team. A good chance of getting a run out in the cup at 1st he would start as an impact sub, looking to work his way into the 1st team plans. At Everton we have shown we can nurture top young talent and have giving decent gametime to the likes of Ramsey, M'Vila, Douglas Costa and Sakho. Moses could join this epic group of young players. Wigan would make a profit on a player who has not really lived upto expectations since joining the club. His career has stalled a bit and now it is time to move and kick on.

Victor Moses - He has had a good pre-season for Wigan and Martinez has been bigging him up. Wigan will sell, but not so cheapily. Moses is very keen on the move.

Okay,
£5M in a double your money offer. They signed him for £2.5M according to wiki. Dave Whelan can never turn down cash for his players. N'Zogbia a proven player went for £9M so we think £5M is a good offer.

TP: 2
Player: Samuel Inkoom
Team: Somebody in Ukraine?
Offer: £4M (Sterling)
Reason:
He seems to be keen on a move to the UK and with the sale of Kjaer we have a space in our defence that we would like Inkoom to fill. The fee we offer seems to match the rumoured asking price. We do not have any Africans at the club so Inkoom would help us to fill our diversity quota.

federico macheda
Man United seem to be favouring Welbeck in his development. With Hernandez, Berbatov and Rooney the first three choices, Diouf seems to be in front of him, we want to offer him an escape. We will offer a 1m loan, with a further 3m payable at the end of the season to make the deal permanent.

TP1
Player: Yossi Benayoun
Team: Chelsea
Offer: 5m (or 2m loan with potential FF)
Reason: We feel that he would net figure in the first team plans at chelsea, with lamps and ramires infront of him, and them being linked witha host of players in that position, we would like to offer him a chance of first team football with either a permanent deal or a loan with future fee if/when yossi doesnt feature for them
TP2
Time: 3:50
Player: Lucho Gonzalez
Team: Marseille
Fee: 8m
Reason, it has been known for a while that lucho has wanted to leave, but marseille have wanted to keep him, however, a spate of armed robberies to the marseilles players homes has him worried for his safety and that has lowered marseilles stance, so we want to offer him a chance in the english league, whilst also having the distinction that no asbotwats have been rioting near us

Time: 16.50pm
TP: 3
Player: Alessio Cerci
Team: Fiorentina
Offer: £5.5M
Reason: Seems to be around the amount being touted for him. I need some competition for Gervinho on the right side of midfield and see young Cerci as the perfect option. He is a different player to Gervinho and would allow me to change my formation and adapt depending on the opposition. We are in Europe and Tina are not which would be an attraction.

Okay guys here we go:
Mousey,
Macheda - £1M loan and £5M FF if you want to do that deal. Remember you can do the loan and choose not to activate the FF at the end if you wish.
Tranq,
Benayoun(booo!) - £2M loan possible future fee if he doesn't feature for Chelsea in the early stages of the season. Come back and negotiate one with me if that is the case
Lucho Gonzalez - The player is interested in the move but your looking at an £12M fee for Lucho.
Escude - Seems a fair deal for the 31year old.
