Bear in mind I'm a manager virgin in this (no sniggering), I had a look at what's been done beforehand but I spent half my time trying to work out who half my team were (my knowledge on emerging youngsters from the French league etc wasn't that great!)
If a neutral could take a couple of mins to take a look and let me know if I've done okay it'd be appreciated!

Hero, you have to go onto the link called Pending. But they arent open til next tues as Smarts who runs them is away til then. Remember when doing them you have to think realistic. They are usually open Mon to Wed and its a maximum of 3 ENQUIRIES a day, so if your turned down that counts as 1 Ok!

Also take a look at the list Viva created for players who have left through Lawyers (offers by clubs outside of the league) Ok!

An some managers need to put down thier lawyers aswell they just add the money but don't say where the player is which makes it hard for others to track.

Fines will be coming in because it's a joke, people just slacking and poor attempts and being pretend managers, I've had enough pull your socks up you Poopie pretend managers.

It'd be good if everyone's teams went through the same table etc.
Some (like mine) mention all the positions and if they're first team, not for sale, youth etc. Some barely mention anything.

Hero I'm just messing around mate, not enough people are willing to contribute and some who do will expect VIP passes.

You have to do the advertisements, I don't mind them as long as they are work safe thats all. I was slightly annoyed at some of the guys who were looking for an argument with the mods just posting to wind you guys up, couldn't let it drop.

Adam Johnson is on loan at Sunderland, so you'll have to wait till end of season, remember you came third last season so use that fact when you make your offers.
