Walter Smith dismayed by Rangers display

Rangers manager Walter Smith rated the 3-0 defeat by Celtic as his worst Old Firm experience since his return to the Ibrox helm in January 2007.

"We are better than what we showed but give credit to Celtic," said Smith.

"They capitalised on our errors and deserved to win. We never really started the game at all. Our defending was poor, our possession was poor.

"All in all, it was as poor a performance as we have had against Celtic since I came back."

Quite rightly, shocking performance. Guys like Edu, Davis & Bougherra should be ashamed of themselves.

I have never liked Edu, but yesterday was taking it too far, looked afraid of the ball.

Steven "Next Captain" Davis, has failed to step up this season when truly needed.

Madjid Bougherra goes on his runs too much, leaves far too much room at the back with Weir being isolated. Was ok when big lee was fit becasue he could slip in to cover, but nobody is here to do that.

Something needs to chaange!
