After discussions with FOF, welcome to the first season of the 606v2IPL.

Basically this will run similarly to other Sports Games with every member of the league taking charge of an IPL side and competing for the title. Firstly I would like to see how much interest there would be in this league.

There are 10 slots available as there are ten teams (Franchises), however I will be taking one of the franchises so 9 other spaces remain. (Now 0 left)

And would we told the nature of the pitch before picking a side for a particular game?
Otherwise everyone would end up picking the same XI for every match.

Yep pitch conditions will change.

Might give each side a random injury per week to stop the same side from being picked every week.

Already got an idea on my side, depending on signings obviously.

Pune having the strongest starting squad?! My bowling is strong, but I have some seriously weak batting. I haven't heard of half these Indian players. Need some batting majorly!

dont give one injury each week.It would be too predictable.
i would like to see you keep an element of surprise to it.for some of the weeks dont give an injury at all.for some of the other weeks give one or maybe even two injuries but give equal no. of injuries both the teams.

Yeah that sounds good shanky. And I think by having different pitches it should mean that the squads aren't the same every week.

Gregers I have 4 exchanges in the pipeline can I use them up in one day and then have no exchanges for the next

For the first day only. So that'll be yours for sat and Sunday.

After that its strict 2 a day. No exceptions.

you are joking i said i wasnt around all weekend and now exchanges start saturday i have no chance of exchanging with anyone cos they will have people they want!

there's no point having four on saturday im not around all weekend, cant we open it on friday or monday?

If you've arranged any they'll go through on sat and count as your weekend ones. Once you've used 2 for sat and 2 for Sunday (regardless if they've been arranged during this week) then no more until Monday.

You being away will not effect yours then. Plus most people are on 2 or 3 arranged now.

He said the Auction was open Monday. I don't recall him saying Exchanging opens on Monday.

The exchanges you've already agreed will go through on Saturday. If you have 4 then that's the ones for Sunday as well. So even if you are around you couldn't make any more exchanges.

The auction is far more important than the exchanges.

Because not all the teams are taken. Not Gregers' fault you aren't around. Plus you can still exchange while the Auctions open.

Not necessarily. It will be as random as possible.

For the pitch conditions:

There will be 5 different conditions a week. I will label them 1-5. Someone else will then pm me with the numbers 1-5 ordered wrongly (e.g 5,3,1,2,4) these will then apply to the fixtures in that order.

lol should be intresting voting for which teams win the games.

Conditions will play a very small part, as they always do in t20, but I think the main thing will be whether people think the big hitters in each team will come off or not.
