What you are saying is very harsh on ITFL.It is not his mistake that they have been banned.
Or maybe if you dont want Kochi then there should be a rule that the coach who finishes bottom in this league will be out of the next league and the owner of Kochi i.e. ITFL will get his team.

Its easier to be 10 teams than 9, and given that this league is based on IPL4 then Kochi existed. I'd presume that by IPL5 either Kochi will have been reinstated or another Franchise will have been added to make it back up to 10 teams.
