The average amount of stool expelled per day varies from country to country. The average weight of stool produced per person per day in England is 106 grams, while South Asians unload almost four times that amount. The difference is largely due to higher fibre content in Asian cuisine.

Given this startling and not altogether pleasant fact, does this phenomenon give Asians an advantage when boiling down to meet weight limits? Their bodies must be more used to bigger sudden weight losses, so they can drop poundage without suffering as much as European or African fighters would.

Is there any truth in this nonsense?

Hilarious stuff Cane! I posted something even more nonsensical on bbc 606 regarding alex ariza giving his fighters supplements to deaden their nerves! It was complete nonesense!
