Bryce Lawrence is the biggest waste of space I have ever, ever seen - how one man can single handidly ruin a game like he does I will never know. Argies infringing nearly at every breakdown - has he warned them once!

Yellow card them for God's sake! That warning is an absolute joke - such an awful, awful, awful, awful, awful referee. Awful. Really awful.

Saying that though, England have been rubbish today, completely wrong tactics. I have never seen Wilko miss 4 kicks - I blame Pooly's coaching!

Thank the lord that is over, a win is a win. Was always going to be tough at times it seemed as though we were playing them in their own back yard, was a very hostile atmosphere. Referee was terrible first half, pinging England for everything and letting Argentina get away with a lot. Youngs motm, just shows what a bit of pace can do.

The only way Youngs wouldn't be first chocie was if Danny care was fit and still on good form.

Foden, Youngs, Haskell, Easter and Lawes were all good I thought although Lawes was lucky not to get in trouble for late knee/leg on ledesma

Wouldn't slag wriggles off to much he shipped the ball a lot Whig meant the argies spread there defence a bit more and left holes round the fringes for Youngs to exploit

Palmer should've started, he's the heartbeat of the lineout - and we didn't start him.

Not sure the Lawes incident was all that really - didnt seem intentional at all - but he was a one man wrecking machine today! Have a feeling if Contepomi wasnt injured the Argies would have won.

One thing that did impress me was our defence - it is excellent.

Surely Hartley, Stevens, Palmer and Youngs all have to start next weekend?

Reckon Johnno will end up regretting not taking Flutey and another winger to this WC.

How did people rate Armitage on the wing today? Half the time I thought he was good the other half you can tell he's a fb playing at wing - still better than Banahan though!

Bryce Lawrence was appalling though - couldnt see how he was pinging us all the game and then refused to even warn Argentina of the same offences.

You could tell Armitage hasn#t played wing for a long time, but his skill set is nice to have. Would start Cueto ahead of him

For me Haskell Best player. Terrible game England poor. Jw never play as bad again. Lack of winger startling. Any wing would have scored when foden went thru. Armitage not a wing so ran wrong line. Armitage played well though

I wonder if it had anything to do with the roof. Seen Wilko state earlier in week it was difficult to kick in. Never seen him be so off tbh and Rodrigez is normally pretty steady when I've seen him. For 11 kicks to be missed something has to be wrong.

Very impressed with Bosch, was best runner on the park. Ripped us to shreds everytime he touched the ball.

Haskell was immense again, then again he was trained at Wasps, so what do you expect! His breakdown work really impressed me, Dallagio said in the week he could become best no8 in the world, he'd certainly offer more than Easter.

We got into the game when Hartley, Stevens, Palmer and Youngs got on the pitch - for me they all have to start next game.

We also have to get our backthree into the game - can't recall one back move we used to get them through the midfield. I can't see what our backs coaches are doing - if you have players as dangerous as Foden and Ashton in the game you use them!

Fiji looked blooming impressive - you worried yet Prop ;p

Think our decision making was dreadful throughout. Cole had Roncero stuffed from first minute yet we kick at goal 5 metres from the line when we should have stuck It to them. Has mj spoke yet ? What did he say? On holiday so had to clear out the minute game ended
