Don't think so. He is there as back-up. i.e. if someone gets injured or whatever

Yeah, did you see his field placings? At one stage when it was looking like slipping away he placed 2 short covers/silly mid off and 2 short mid-wicket/silly mid on. I've haven't seen that too often... if at all?

i find it quite funny at how bad sri lanka were in this test, they are supposed to be good players of spin but have been awful
