Not the best of starts for India with Tendulkar out, but will they show some fight on the field? Will England enhance their not so stable ODI reputation? Will Captain Cook continue to surprise? Will they miss Pietersen?

One shouldn't kick someone when he's down, ut Rohit Sharma is btter of focusing on the IPL. He's tallented, but doesn't have the temprament to play international cricket.
And since Rahul Dravid has declared himself unavailable for doing the donkey work for the pampered lot on dificult tracks, the selectors can't help much either.

Time for Dhoni to play a captain's hand. Playing his natural game should help it.

good over from Bresnan, just bowled full and straight and they couldn't get him away.

India will have trouble filling the 5th bowlers overs. Raina is there, and Kohli may have to chip in with a couple of overs. Won't be surprised to see Parthiv keep and Dhoni turn his arm over. Rohit could have been handy, but think he won't be available.

Not a very impressive effort from India in the power play so far.

They haven't found the boundary as much as they'd have liked, but some good sharp running makes it a good over from Bresnan.

Dernbach bowls to many slower balls needs to make it more a surprise delivery rather than something the batsman are expecting.

fine finish from England, India end on 274. England fought back very well in the last twenty overs, India would have wanted at least 15-20 more you suspect when Patel and Kohli were going well.

England does have Cook, Trott, and Bell in the top 4, and they have to get good start so that there is not too much pressure on Morgan. Remember, as part of charity to India, England aren't playing Kevin Pietersen!!!.

One thing i will say is that England are in this rich vein of form and that have forgotton how to lose. Should be a good chase.
