New League Squad Limit Rules to be introduced!

From season 4, there will a 25 man league squad limit from which you will be able to select players to play in league games.

These will be the 25 players from which your injuries will be drawn so as to prevent managers from the bigger, richer teams from diluting the risk of their stars picking up injuries.

You will be able to take players in and out of your League 25, but from the point that injuries are drawn that is the 25 that you must select your league team from. Injuries will now be drawn on Wednesdays

Your overall squad can remain larger than 25, but your League eligible 25 must be shown separately. Players outside of the 25 can still play in cup and European competitions.

Andy has also committed you to two additional deals - 1) Fellaini is joining you at the end of the season - you will have to pay Liverpool £5m; and 2) you have agreed to sign Cardozo should you finish top 6. If you do finish top 6, you will need to pay £12m. If you don't he stays at Sunderland.

You then also owe £5m to Everton at the end of the season for signing Defour.


The rest of the information on Andy's page is tracking his transfers in and out in all of his time at Blackburn. You must keep some form of tracker, which shows the same info.

ah ok so when the deals go through do i have to take the sums of money away / add as well?

When you sell a player, you just take the player off your team list and add the cash to your budget.

Vice versa when you buy a player.

In both cases, you must confirm the deal on the transfer confirmation page (link above) and update your transfer/budget tracker.

On the already agreed deals, yes you will need to remove the cash from your budget when it is handed over, and will be able to add Cardozo and Fellaini to your team list when you sign.

is the cup different to normal league?

Each season there are 9 league games which is main part of the league.

But we also have a little knockout cup competition. It is a simpler competition is that you submit a starting XI and very brief tactics. There are two conditions to the starying XI - you must have 3 British players and 3 U21 players in your starting XI.

Voting is then done, with managers just stating who wins. Team with the most votes goes through.

This week is the season 3 cup final.

You can see your injuries and your opponent's on there (fixtures link also above). It is also worth checking injuries for any players you may be buying because if they are injured when you buy them, they are injured for you too.
