Breaking News: Everton crowned Furious League champions after 1-0 win against Birmingham

NOTICEBOARD

This week's TPs will be closed on Wednesday, but open on Thursday instead. Lawyers will also stay open for you to accept offers until the close of Thursday.

Players who left the league through season 2 lawyers will become available to buy in TPs from Thursday (15th)

Season 4 - U21 = players born on or after 01/10/1990

New League Squad Limit Rules to be introduced!

From season 4, there will a 25 man league squad limit from which you will be able to select players to play in league games.

These will be the 25 players from which your injuries will be drawn so as to prevent managers from the bigger, richer teams from diluting the risk of their stars picking up injuries.

You will be able to take players in and out of your League 25, but from the point that injuries are drawn that is the 25 that you must select your league team from. Injuries will now be drawn on Wednesdays

Your overall squad can remain larger than 25, but your League eligible 25
must be shown separately. Players outside of the 25 can still play in cup and European competitions.

ROLL OF HONOUR

Season 1 - Blackburn (Andy)

Season 2 - Tottenham (Nick)

Season 3 - Everton (Smartest)

My prediction for league table going into the final games

Everton 20pts
Liverpool 17
Blackburn 14
Tottenham 13
Sunderland 12
Stoke 8
Bolton 7
Villa 7
Birmingham 6
Fulham 4

So Everton and Liverpool would be definates for CL spots. Any 2 out of Blackburn, Tottenham and Sunderland for the Europa League spots.

Fixtures are:

Birmingham v Everton
Aston Villa v Stoke
Tottenham v Liverpool
Bolton v Blackburn
Fulham v Sunderland

Jeez Vermaelen out for a month ^^^ Thats means the season then?!

Bad news for England IMO as Frimpong pledges his International Future to Ghana. Looks like the most natural DM England would have had coming through.

Youre right.

Looking good for you then. Liverpool have to beat Tottenham and you have to lose, and then they would have to overturn a 5/6 goal difference as well.]

And Blackburn could catch Liverpool for the 2nd spot (although again I think there will a decent GD to make up)

Nobody knows a good knee support then?

If I'm honest I don't think Frimpong would get anywhere near the England side anyway, so it's no issue.

Morning lads. Wont be on much today. Supposedly getting training on the new software and the woman training me I don't trust as she used to work here before so she'd probably grass me up if she knew I was on the Internet.

And I'll get back to offers later, need to decide what I need to do with my team first Ok!

yeah. Santon owned by Everton and on loan at Sunderland. Even if he wasn't, he has only just joined Newcastle, so would move anyway.

And Baines went in a lawyers offer. Clichy joined the league after that, as the justification was that Baines was at Arsenal. It was in season 2 (Viva has done a list on a post of players, when they left and how much they went for).

OTW have you ever watched Frimpong? I have only seen him in the early season matches and he has looked very good, + he played in the latest England U21 game. He is only 19. I'm pretty sure in a few seasons he would be Englands 1st choice holding midfielder as he has a lot more potential to be better than Barry and Parker in that role.

I would prefer him to play for England than Ghana!

I have watched him, to me he doesn't seem like anything special, I don't think he'll be a first teamer at Arsenal, he's not good enough. He seems like a loose cannon.

Oh dear ^^ Sad

He looks like a young Michael Essien to me. He will see his fair share of red cards because that is the way he plays, Arsenal need to sort out their disciplinary record as a whole. 3 games into the season 3 red cards and a 3 game suspension for Song lol.

Smarts, you are looking thru rose tinted glasses.

I agree with Might Moose. He doesnt look anything special.
Why has he picked Ghana over England? Because he knows he will get in the Ghana team and he cant get in Englands.

Smarts, Wilshire and Cleverly will be rocking the England midfield soon, Jordon Hendo and Tom Huddleping too. Milner is only 25 so he will be in for year to come (even tho id rarther he not.
Rodwell is better. Fabrice Muamba is better. McEachran is better.

Frimpong should stick to Pingpong.

I think he means he just looks like a young Michael Essien, not that he actually plays like him.

Bit like Robbie Earnshaw looks like an Oompa Lumpa but he doesn't suddenly burst into songs about Willy Wonka (though he might as well have done yesterday).

Afternoon.

Yo Ashley Young smashes mandems up like it's nothing, now speak if you he ain't the best winger in this league he keeps proving you smackheads wrong. Only cause he plays for me nobody wants to rate him.

Regarding Frimpong I think he is a very good talent and he was supposed to be same level as Wilshere before he broke his leg. I think he could make the DM role his own and replace Song.

Ramsey played very well yesterday, I've always said it Ramsey > Wilshere but people don't want t listen to my words, I wish we got the lad he will become a fantastic player and very veyr mature for his age.

Anyone intrested in Marvin Martin? If I do decide to sell him on lawyers you won't be able to buy him for at least 2 seasons on here. Get him while he is available.

I know some teams could do with him, I don't really want to sell him.

Viva, he aint the best winger in the league. He is a sick ass badman attacking mid. See he can play in the centre off the striker which to me makes him adaptable and not classed as a winger IMO

Marvin Martin is the future of France. I suggest some snap him up. I cant match the laywer offer so sorry Viva....Im Out!

Yo badmanz,

http://www.game.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/HubArticleView?hubId=141776&articleId=148348&catalogId=10201&langId=44&storeId=10151&cm_sp=modernwarfare3-_-topnav-_-hardenededition

Hardned Edition says "will give you a year of COD Elite membership, which includes future map pack releases at no extra cost."

I might get it as let say you pay £26 for the game from Sainsburys. £12.99 per map pack (Blops has 5 out) would total £90.95
and you get the CoD Elite thing too. Membership for that is I heard £50 for a year.

I am going to get MW3 but don't think I'll pay £80 as I don't buy all the maps probably one at the most and the main reason I'm getting this game is for Spec-Ops. Thats much better then Zombies.

But I don't know if I should get it on Xbox or PS3, Black Ops looked crap or maybe its the people who make them I don't know.

Good rule Afro.

Guys Marvin Martin is for sale, if you are in need for a top player he is your man, remember once he goes in lawyers you won't ever be able to buy him unless you pay £30m.

Black Ops looked crap - Thats down to the Studoi that make them. Treyarch did Blops.

MW3 is Infinaty Ward and I think Sledgehammer had imput.
Im just thinking with the CoD Elite + all DLC content for a year £80 maybe worth it.
BUT...BIG BUT all free DLC for one year so watch them only release 2 map packs in a year then do the rest after that. They do say special edition are just designed to rip off the customer

Another thing, should we extend the lawyers offers till thursday? With T.P's going on till 6pm and the majority of us not being on after 5pm this we can't accept any deals until TP is done.

What do you say? Afro your input is also important you may not manage here but your experience is crucial.

But you can't do it just to suit you!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I would be lying if I said I was looking out for the managers , reason is my TP won't get answered after 6pm and by that time everyone is gone and I don't want to take the risk of selling and not getting in a replacement.

I think from next week it will be Monday-Thursday.

Nadeem yeah I checked my message, an the answer to your questio, I think Louis Saha is longer then Dider Drogba in the showers.

I don't see why you don't just keep lawyers open till the following Monday when you do the next batch of lawyers myself.
