First topic message reminder :

Breaking News: Everton crowned Furious League champions after 1-0 win against Birmingham

NOTICEBOARD

This week's TPs will be closed on Wednesday, but open on Thursday instead. Lawyers will also stay open for you to accept offers until the close of Thursday.

Players who left the league through season 2 lawyers will become available to buy in TPs from Thursday (15th)

Season 4 - U21 = players born on or after 01/10/1990

New League Squad Limit Rules to be introduced!

From season 4, there will a 25 man league squad limit from which you will be able to select players to play in league games.

These will be the 25 players from which your injuries will be drawn so as to prevent managers from the bigger, richer teams from diluting the risk of their stars picking up injuries.

You will be able to take players in and out of your League 25, but from the point that injuries are drawn that is the 25 that you must select your league team from. Injuries will now be drawn on Wednesdays

Your overall squad can remain larger than 25, but your League eligible 25
must be shown separately. Players outside of the 25 can still play in cup and European competitions.

ROLL OF HONOUR

League Champions

Season 1 - Blackburn (Andy)

Season 2 - Tottenham (Nick)

Season 3 - Everton (Smartest)

Cup Winners

Season 1 - no competition

Season 2 - Everton (Smartest)

Season 3 - Stoke (Viva)

They been waiting about 8months now to get the approval for the right store, they have put down the deposit and everything and the directors are being a bit funny. I think because one of the directors family members has a store in shephards bush and they probably think opening one in Hammersmith might cost them some business.

Nick - I think what's good enough for the current Fulham team is somewhere below what is good enough for Spurs. You are comparing a top side with the team who are continually bottom of the league.

Tactics looks very good for a first time Brahma.

A lot of managers will elaborate a lot more with more detailed tactics, but in truth some (mine included) could do with being made more concise.

When managers vote, have a look at the explanations for all the games to get a feel for what tactics work and what don't

Got my head phones set-up ready.

Tonga to start fast and then tire. NZ to win by 25-30 in the end.

For the betting men amongst you, take Tonga at +63 points in the handicap betting.

I remember the last WC when that French dude Shabala or something with long hair went up to the team while they were doing the Haka. He must be the best player ever and what's the black guys name in the French team, I think he plays the defensive midfield role like Makelele number 6.

Chabal is a tough guy, he smashes three guys by himself, in Football terms what player would you class him as. Bastareau that's the guy, world class Makeles brother.

I really shouldn't be as hacked off as I am, coz Strings is right it's only a game. And I shouldn't be wasting my evenings waiting to secure deals for a pretend football team.

But I am and that's not a good thing and therefore I'm off.

I'll send the code for the main page to whoever takes over.

I don't get it, you just took over as Fulham manager yesterday and were all happy and things.

Smartest thier is a reason why I've never ran a league full time or part time, because I don't know how to. The only other people I could nominae would be you or Andy and if neither of you wants to take over the league is dead.

Viva, don't you think Stoke will have Liverpool? Stoke are a very decent team these days especially at home. They have made some astute signings to.

Safeage give me an extra job to do on here.

I think Liverpool have less pressure on them now and maybe the old team would lose but this one has that extra quality to nick the game. But it will all be diffent come January when the pretenders are put in thier place.

Thats what I said to him just take a team and don't do any of the running.

You would think top scorer in Argentina would be half decent but Everton sign him up. Hmm who knows.

What do you make of youe sginings? Think people are going over board with Arsenal, saying they finished, I've said as long as Wenger is in charge he will get them top4 at least. Wenger is to Arsenal like Ferguson is to United. From the tea-makers to the big players the blood of the managers runs through them.

An tell me, who would replace Wenger? Some of the people i talk to have no clue on Football, I honestly want to give thema booting.

Nick - that was this morning during my furious moment

I would be interested in a team if you did get it up and running, but not looking for any responsibilities in the running and not now looking at doing it instead of the Furious League. FL would always be my 1st choice league as long as it is running.

If someone else takes over all the running and I have no other responsibilities, I will keep Fulham. But so far, there doesn't seem to be anyone too keen

What moment? What happened? I was mad busy at work + hanging

OK coolio. As I said I would start it up, was my intention even when I was at Spurs but each of the league would be run by me, and 1 or 2 others. As a whole there would be 3 of us running it say. But I dont want to nick managers from here, and with you guys being the ones I know longest it would be you id want running a league etc.

I would of taken over running this league when you first mentioned your work promotion but hey ho, thats the way the cookie crumbles.

Nick I did say I would help you with your new league but this done changed and Furious league is in a coma and we need to help her recover and if you take over our main page keeping it updated it would help us a lot. Smarts has T.P do and they take up a lot of time. Would you be intrested in taking over the home page?

Yeah I checked it, it's sickness, when does it got on for sale? If it's before MW3 I may get it.
