First topic message reminder :

Breaking News: Everton crowned Furious League champions after 1-0 win against Birmingham

NOTICEBOARD

This week's TPs will be closed on Wednesday, but open on Thursday instead. Lawyers will also stay open for you to accept offers until the close of Thursday.

Players who left the league through season 2 lawyers will become available to buy in TPs from Thursday (15th)

Season 4 - U21 = players born on or after 01/10/1990

New League Squad Limit Rules to be introduced!

From season 4, there will a 25 man league squad limit from which you will be able to select players to play in league games.

These will be the 25 players from which your injuries will be drawn so as to prevent managers from the bigger, richer teams from diluting the risk of their stars picking up injuries.

You will be able to take players in and out of your League 25, but from the point that injuries are drawn that is the 25 that you must select your league team from. Injuries will now be drawn on Wednesdays

Your overall squad can remain larger than 25, but your League eligible 25
must be shown separately. Players outside of the 25 can still play in cup and European competitions.

ROLL OF HONOUR

League Champions

Season 1 - Blackburn (Andy)

Season 2 - Tottenham (Nick)

Season 3 - Everton (Smartest)

Cup Winners

Season 1 - no competition

Season 2 - Everton (Smartest)

Season 3 - Stoke (Viva)

Viva - we could spread the workload around if you want.

Smarts and OTW are both around, so we could do a couple of teams each. And Nick if he is willing to help?

Viva was going to do 5 lawyers for each team, but don't think he is feeling the enthusiasm for it this morning.

So I thought with you, me, OTW, Viva and Smarts, we could do two teams each and PM them to Viva

I think viva should set all the prices for consistency OK

But I'll randomly select five players from each team for half the teams if that helps?

So you do Fulham and I'll do Everton.

Is that okay Viva? We'll PM them to you, and you just add the price.

Was gonna suggest that we all do 2 teams lawyers, but OTW has volunteered to do 5 teams and I have just PMd Viva with 5, so all he needs to do is add the prices.

We could share around the season 4 sponsors, once all results are calculated for week 8 and 9

I don't mind sharing around the sponsors as long as we are given a broad outline of how they will work.

I think the teams who finish lower in the league should get the larger win bonuses(as they will win less games in theory) and the larger teams should get the majority of their sponsorship income at the end of the season based on completing a challenging task i.e. winning a cup, winning the league, qualifying for europe etc.

Timo Gebhart - Bayer Leverkusen - £12m
Martin Montoya - Sevilla - £7m

These players will be leaving the league unless someone wants to offer more than the lawyers prices above?

Viva - the week 8 results are up, so you can add the win bonus.

However, you need to remove the sponsors win bonus you have added for the cup competition.

The rules of the cup state, and have always stated, that Sponsors win/draw bonuses do not apply to cup games

This is conufsing and dumb, it says I drew with Sunderland 1-1 and I beat Bolton 2-1. I'm playing Villa now?

Afro I didn't see that not my fault, what I can do is not add the £4m I get for beating Bolton.

Andy is not not doing results because he can't be bothered. He has had broadband problems and has been connecting via his phone.

I think he deserves a bit of slack.

What's confused you? You drew with Sunderland - yes that was up last week (btw) and you beat Bolton, which Andy put up at the weekend.

This week, you are playing Villa.

Any league bonuses are fine. Any cup bonuses need to be taken out.

And you can then add £4m for beating Bolton this week

I personally don't like the rule that you can't have lawyers for free transfers.

We have got rid of free transfers in the TPs anyway and it's too much of a pain to try and track back to see if someone was a free (especially for new managers).

I would get rid of that rule myself Viva
