Lads, Fluxy just told me that he thought Matfield was retiring? Anyone know if this is true? If so, then I certainly wouldn't have signed him in foreigns, so might be in a bit of a pickle

Bathite - he's retiring from Int, not club rugby though I don't think.

I think he's out for 2 months (hence why Shaw's gone to Toulon) not sure whether he'll be back or not....would have thought so because Toulon will be a big pay packet

I can't really believe all the chat about Charteris being top 5 in the world, even top 10. It's like saying Manu is top 5/10... not at the minute.
