Scotland 15 Georgia 6 Empty Scotland 15 Georgia 6

Post by RDW Wed 14 Sep 2011, 8:18 am

Scotland: R Lamont; M Evans, N De Luca, G Morrison, S Lamont; D Parks, R Lawson (capt); A Jacobsen, R Ford, E Murray, N Hines, J Hamilton, A Strokosch, R Rennie, K Brown.

Replacements: D Hall, G Cross, A Dickinson, R Gray, R Vernon, C Cusiter, C Paterson.

Late change with Scott Lawson pulling out and Ross Ford coming in - definintely adds to the bulk of the pack. Unfortunately means Dougie Hall will come on at some point though.

I'm off work today so can watch!

Come on Scotland!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't see Scotland making the same mistakes they made against Romania, or Ireland made against Georgia in '07. Think they will find it difficult to break them down, but will make sure Parks keeps the three pointers coming, keeping Georgia just out of touch.

Good start - good kick off take, win a penalty and Parks a booming kick to touch

Fantastic tackling so far! I'm glad there's a 10 day turnaround to the next game cause there are gonna be some sore bodies after this one.

Great work from Kelly Brown. Reckon we'll see lots of blindside breaks from Georgia as Scottish flanker will be tightly bound to help in the scrum Braveheart

Scotland definitely taking the game to the Georgians - plenty of near ball carrying, then spraying it wide - the gaps will come. BELIEVE Braveheart

So thats why the commentators havent pronounced his name, they just say 'the captain'

The FH is actually Kvirikashvili, but the commentators just say Yachvilli.

For sure, their pack are the equal of most 6Ns's teams, but their backline will hinder them from progressing for a few years yet, I suspect Braveheart
