I think Baines in underrated as hes at Everton. He should be at a top club!! He can defend and attack both to high standards, Able to whip a ball in the box from deep or touchline with accuracy. + he can take set pieces, corners, free kicks the lot, you name it that man does it. Even bashed your momma once Afro

To be fair we all have. Ashley Cole beats him on that top trump too.

That is a good point. A post on the old page does take up less space than a post on the new one

I agree Baines is 1 of the best LBs in the league but defensively worse than Evra, Cole, Enrique, Clichy. Attacking wise he is probably the best in our furious league but on delivery I think Tremoulinas is close.

Chelsea looked to be trying to bring in Perreira for LB but I could see Baines at Man Utd but Mad Pat has a few years left yet and Fabio might come through init.

I like the fullbacks Afro very good

I would say maybe get more creativity in the middle. Safe someone like Hernanes or Valbuena would do the trick but they aint going.

Clichy isn't that good defensively is he.

Out of all those, Enrique is the best LB defensively.

I agree with the comment on Tremoulinas though.

Not going to focus my attacks through the middle. Lucho is the playmaker and can ping the passes around, the attacks are coming through the pace and delivery outwide

evra defensively has also declined in the past year

I would say if he gets any protection from the midfielder he looks a lot better. He has looked solid in Man Citys start to the season and so has Kolarov up until yesterday lol.
Arshavin made Clichy look worse than he was, but without Arshavin in the starting line up Gibbs has looked okay.

It is a 10 team league and at the moment all of the teams are taken (Newcastle are not in this league).

It is mainly 9-5 league, although there is some activity in the evening

I can let you now if a team becomes available if you want, although I don't know when that will be.

Bull - what are you confused about.

Liam - we may need to hold fire as I am unsure whether the league will continue. A manager who takes on a lot of the workload has decided to leave the league due to a dispute that spilled over, ending in him sending an abusive mail that he now regrets. Anyway, he has decided to go.

My problem is that I struggle for time to run the league with that help, and there are no other managers that I feel would take the same amount of workload.

As I would not be able to do it, there is a very strong chance that I will need to shut the league down, which is gutting as I have just splashed the cash on Downing.

Due to the PM that was sent earlier I have had no choice but to ban SG from the site.
I'm sorry that decision had to be taken but the content of the PM unfortunately was of a nature that it warranted an instant ban.
