High jinx from a rugby player enjoying himself...

If he'd made a dwarf porn movie then maybe you might have a scandal but having a bit of fun with a random fan in front of people is hardly a crime.
People are just making mischief and sensationalising something that goes on every weekend in most pubs and clubs in the world.
