Yeah I think we're heading down a cul-de-sac here on the offer, thanks but no thanks as I do really want to keep hold of Cazorla for the time being unless I get an exceptional offer.
There's pretty much only a few players in the league I'm interested in now, Modric/Vidal are two of them, De Rossi, Moutinho, Hazard, Vermaelen and Pastore are the rest.

Sorry I was being a bit critical of Cerci but he was in the deal as a sweetener. Otherwise he's certainly not a bad player.

Moneywise on those players I'm going to have to say no for the moment, my squad is down to a minimum as it is and there's just that much out there replace it with at present, I can't stick £40m etc in the centre of midifeld.

That was supposed to go to Hero not you sorry. I know you're not intrested in De Rossi but I think others would disagree that Carzola is better then De Rossi in this life or the next or real life. Maybe you need Carzola more then De Rossi but head to head De Rossi is better.

Very different players though.
De Rossi is more an all rounder, can defend, has better stamina and heading skills.
Cazorla is more attacking, is faster and is more agile.

I wouldn't say Cazorla is a million miles away value wise though from him.

I genuinely would put Cazorla above De Rossi, but like you say they do very different roles so it's hard to compare.

Put it this way, if you were both selling for £30m and I had exactly that amount, I would go to the Porto page first.

Then we should just ignore Ballon D'or or indvidual medals because the players have diffrent abilities. Every player in the world is the same Messi is not better then Richard Dunne because Dunne can head the ball harder and is stronger.

Afro I know when you have a player you like you stick to him, it's like that with Shaqiri or any other player you fancy.
