Ireland in the next four years...

Might be a little early to ask this question, but i'll throw it out there for you Irish supporters, just to get away from the what went wrong threads that are still alive.

What do you want to see from your senior team building to the next w-cup? Would you like to see something different in your build-up compared to the last 4 years? With some of todays player unlikely to make the next w-cup, would you support them being included in the 6Nations tourney, or would you be inclined to try out some youngsters?

Do you have an eye on some youngsters coming through your academies that would make an impact in the senior squad leading up to the 2015 w-cup?
