Erm given the fact you have the option of buying any wrestler going and you’ve plumped for the following...
John Cena
Michael McGillicutty
Rob Terry
David Otunga
Hornswoggle
Alex Riley
Guys that for the most part most people wouldn’t touch with a barge pole?
I’m hoping your show just involves locking them in a room and not letting them near the ring.
Re: World Wrestling Association - Homepage
Thats my tag team division sorted.
Teamed Zema Ion with Matt Jackson
Tag Teams:
Beer Money
Dudleys
Uso's
(and a whatever I call Ion & Jackson)
Main Event:

Cena - 12 time World Champion, big name that can be used to put anyone over.
McGillicutty and Otunga - Former Tag Team Champions as part of the Tag Team Division which is my main focus
Rob Terry - Part of a "British Invasion" type stable as the muscle. This kind of Federation will hide his in-ring inadequacies as in 6wE he'll be written as a dominant force who doesn't botch.
Alex Riley - Open to be traded but if not i'm using him in the Tag Team Division
Hornswoggle - Partnered with Eric Young for comedy purposes. Sounds bad, but give it a chance.

Re: World Wrestling Association - Homepage
YI, until a few days ago you thought Eddie Edwards was that rubbish ski jumper, youtube been getting hits in your house I'm guessing?
Re: World Wrestling Association - Homepage
I did Wiki all my wrestlers at the start to get some info. Eddie had a great record on there so I asked about him and was provided with some online clips.
With not watching ROH I didnt know how good he was, I do now though.

Yeah he's not bad.
Would work better though with someone who could guide him properly, you can stick to your WWE comfort zone then

Do one!
AJ I would say is 2nd hottest propert in the fed after Punk, he'd warrant both your biggies to get him.

Re: World Wrestling Association - Homepage
Thats only taking WWE & TNA into account.
The top 4 in the WWA, imo:
Punk>Davey Richards>Edwards>AJ

You didn't know 2 of them a few days ago! If I told you Grizzly Redwood was the best thing going and he's worth £80m you'd stick him in the top ten.

If you’re going to watch some ROH then check out the Briscoes and then comeback with an open wallet clamouring for them.

Glad you are looking to watch ROH mate, you are in for a treat.
I want the Briscoes though ..
I am presuming you'll only be interested in a swap deal?

I know the Briscoes are THE best tag team in this fed...but they're not quite the right fit for my league. MCMG would be better suited.
Yes I'd only be interested in a swap and you know who I'd like.

Re: World Wrestling Association - Homepage
Thought that to be the case, not wanting to lose Joe.. I'd be interested in doing a deal with Bourne and Cabana?

You haven't, we're just discounting you as the WWA equivilant of that funny Russian side that bought Eto, not going to win anything, doesn't really impact on the transfer market and stuck away in the corner where no-one listens.

Loving Marky's answer earlier:
Well in that case I'm having Hooligan Bud as a combo of Rock's mic skills, AJ's move set, Cena's shirt sales, Warriors intensity, Hogan's ego, Taker's gimmick, Foley's resilience, Flair's longevity, CM Punk's shock factor, Nash's backstage politics, Bourne's spotmonkey skills, Orton's finishers, Rey's mask, and Mike Quackenbush's Smark fans.

Re: World Wrestling Association - Homepage
Hero, isn't the whole point of this to see how people would book their wrestlers?
Everyone started from the bottom, so why couldn't I make Andy Ridge the next Kurt Angle in the next 12 weeks based on my storylines and writing? (Aside from the fact he's available for transfer/possible release )

Re: World Wrestling Association - Homepage
There's a big difference though from booking a wrestler and getting them to do stuff they can't actually do (which in Rob Terry's case is not botch).
Otherwise we might as well just have Rey Mysterio benchpressing Big Show.

Re: World Wrestling Association - Homepage
There's a big difference between having your version of a wrestler not botch and having Rey Mysterio benchpressing Big Show.
I'll bet no-one's show has any of their wrestlers botching a move (unless they specifically do it to make a point).

I’m going to have Teddy Hart showing off from the top of a cage only to have him sparked out for being a d**k
