The Drog
Another big game, this time Man Utd and Drogba finds himself on the bench again.
Clearly not on form since his malaria and not come close to the player he was last season.
If this dip in form continues is he on his way out come the summer?
Whats your views on The Drog?

Re: The Drog
Thought he did very well today when he came on, particularly at holding the ball up once we went in front. He's so strong it's almost impossible to muscle him off the ball, and he was the reason we spent most of stoppage time in possession in their corner.
For me he's still a very fine player, maybe just needs some time to rediscover his form... The good thing about physical strikers is they don't go downhill so fast as they get older (Shearer for example was a great player until he retired)

Re: The Drog
I think he'll head back to Marseille in the summer. I just don't see Ancelotti having him as a first choice pick next season, it'll be Torres plus A N Other (either Anelka or - more likely - a high profile signing).

Re: The Drog
I think this will be Drogba's last season in the PL too. Given his age and his drop in form, this is probably Chelsea's last chance to cash in. They've spent 50m on Torres so he'll probably play regardless of form, although he will score goals eventually. There's also Sturridge to come back from Bolton to consider.
