Oaktown, silver & black all day every day since 1993.

Never forget that morning, I was round at my mates house, he flicks on the TV: channel 4 (nfl blitz) and there it is, Los Angeles Radiers (as they were known then) v Kansas City Chiefs. Chiefs put a whuping on the Raiders that day 31 - 20, but the Raiders never gave it up. Never forgot it lol, plus they looked bad *ss.

Titans, from Tennessee so supporting my home team! Just a shame we can't make more of what we've got. Maybe it's the state, even when Peyton was with the Vols it didn't all go our way ha. Anyways, new on here so hello!

Steelers all the way baby.

They play in the same colours as my local rugby team and Pittsburgh is the mining belt of America, so it's always appealed to a South Walian in that respect!

The fans are fanatical and I love how Heinz Field looks really authentic.

On top of that I love the way they play. Always willing to mix the run and pass. Big Ben has had his ups and downs but all in all he's a great Quarterback with a winning record.

Green Bay Packers for me, and not because of the Super Bowl. I put a bet on them to beat Arizona in last years Wildcard game and as it was my first season of taking any notice other than the Patriots I didn't have a team. Thought about supporting the Pats but after that game I decided to follow the Pack. And behold a Super Bowl win in my first season as a fan. Marvellous.

I have followed them since the 2006 season, which was the first year I watched the NFL and I have watched just about every game since.

I've been a fan of the NY Giants since the mid-80's. Now that I work in NYC, I get to watch as many games as I want and even attended a couple. I've also bumped into a few legendary and current Giants players in the past few years. Leonard Marshall, Michael Strahan, Corey Webster, Steve Smith, Lawrence Taylor, Phil Simms and Eli Manning.

Miami Dolphins for me. Have been a fins fan since the mid 80's. My interest dipped in the NFL though as nobody else I new then liked it. Then Started at my new job 3 years ago and two of the guys I worked with were NFL fans so started getting back into it. Glad I did, the wife on the other hand.......

I curse the day my mother bought me an American football shirt with the number 88 on it. No idea who the player was but discovered the shirt was the Houston Oilers, so I've been a Houston Oiler, Tennessee Oilers and latterly a Tennessee Titans fan.

After 16 years of Fish-ball... (Run, Run, Run, Punt) should be interesting with Monster Munchak in charge and especially with Vince gone too (another of my Titans shirts now redundant... I daren't buy a Chris Johnson one incase I put the kiss of death on him too).

Anyway, nice to be here. Hope this takes off for you guys.

Cardinals. Moved to Arizona and then they moved to Arizona, so I moved my support of the Redskins to a secondary position to follow the new local team. Been some long, hard years, followed by recent success and then back to a hard year. Hoping the current labor troubles don't mess up our chances to get a better QB. I'll shoot myself if Derek Anderson ever starts for us again.

Steelers for me.

I remember as a kid my mum buying me a Steelers top that I wore non stop, it had to peeled off my back at times, was gutted when I outgrew it and it was never replaced.

I have never really followed a team, always just watched because I enjoyed it. If I had to choose I suppose it would be the Steelers, for no other reason than thats the team I normally end up seeing play on sky

Hi guys,

I'm a one of those terrible lurkers from the old 606 board but I have decided to use this as an opportunity to come out of the woodwork, that along with the fact that I am sick of not having anyone to discuss the NFL with. You guys all seemed far too knowledgeable for me in the past but I've decided the only way to know more is to get more involved.

As for me I'm a Packers fan since about 2003 but this has only really stepped up to a real following over the past 3 seasons. Obviously very happy with my choice from back then at the moment.

I'm quite new to American Football for couple of years, decided to try and follow Green Bay as much as i could. It's only this past season i really followed it, and recorded all Channel 4 games, enjoyed every week of it! Don't have any mates to banter with about this, and also want to learn more about the sport, and found out you guys using this site instead of 606 so decided to join. Let's all prey a CBA is sorted for next season!

Dolphins fan and have been since about 86. Was a mad American football fan between the ages of about 7 and 14 (86-93/94), i knew all the players, filled the Panini stickerbooks and did school projects on it. The game went off terrestrial,i discovered women and beer and just completely lost touch with the game. However i finally moved out of home last year and got Sky installed, now i don't miss a single game and have even invested in all the stat books etc.Can't believe i spent a good 15 years away from the sport, when i was watching it was the 49ers who were dominant, with the Cowboys just on their way to the dominant period, with the Broncos and the Bills always being the also-rans.

For the past 30 years my motto has been "Commitment to Excellence" as I have followed the Raiders the Raiders from Oakland to La la land and back. Looking forward to my trip to the hallowed turf of Canton in the next few weeks!
