It isn't a release as such, as far as I've read. It's that his contract is expiring and may not be renewed.

It's clear Melina isn't favoured by WWE but they couldn't outright sack him for that. They'd surely be sued by Otunga.

Firstly I think Morrison is talented/over enough to have his contract renewed, sure he isn't being used correctly and has an outdated gimmick but I can't really see the wwe not taking up the option on a wrestler who is know by the main stream and who is being put on tv every week.

Secondly, the wwe big wigs might not like/approve of his partner but IMO that is irrelevant and I certainly can't see this being used as a reason to not renew his contract. Morrison has most of the tools to be a solid mid carder with potential to main event but as stated before a complete overhaul of his gimmick is required. Surly if wwe are looking to offload him they need to look at themselves and the way they have booked him as a reason for him not reaching his potential, if he is let go it would be a damn shame.

HitmanOwl many people labelled Ziggler as not being a talker yet he has come on leaps and bounds with the right storylines and the pairing of Vickie, Randy Orton is the number 2 guy in WWE and yet he is not of a main event standard talker. Some massive guys in the business have never been that good on the mic and still become the main man, a good storyline can get a guy hugely over and when that happens it doesn't really matter to the majority of WWE's audience how good they are on the mic.

I wouldn't say he can't talk, cutting promos are obviously outside of his comfort zone and I'm pretty sure there have been some hugely over guys who have main evented in the past with the same limitations, I wouldn't say that the ability to stand out on the mic is a prerequisite but can make you a massive star, there are plenty of people including the current top face of the company that haven't got half the in ring talent of Morrison yet their ability to interact and relate to the fans have got them over. Hitman you say that Morrison should not be main event and if you read my previous post I pretty much say the same thing expect that the potential is there.

JOMO should go to Tna he would be nailed on for a title run then he could return to WWE in a couple of years and win matches on Superstars, which lets face it is more than he is doing now

Ziggler was instructed to cut his hair and let the natural colour come through, he looked like the ultimate generic create-a-wrestler though and the fans didn't like it, the office didn't like it and Ziggler didn't like it, Cena did though, he apparently called him rent-an-Orton for a few weeks

On a similar not, Kane's grew his hair and s goatee while he's been off, no doubt he'll need to shave on his return

I think a move to tna wouldnt benefit JoMo, I could see him being suck in the x division, given that tittle at his first ppv and then slipping into obscurity, I don't believe tna would give him any time to develop a charater, tna is all about instant gratification if your not over straight away if your face doesn't fit straight away then move over and job or be released. I think wwe is the perfect place for him, but creative need to do something, anything different with him.

I will freely admit I am a big JoMo fan, he has something that given the right storyline would make him. He would make a great cocky/vain heel similar to how HBK started but I would leave it at that and not make him a Michaels mark 2 or go with the storyline someone came up with on here (can't think who it was) where he becomes the ultimate under dog always coming close but just not good enough only for him to win the title eventually only for someone to cash in on him and take it away moments after winning it.
