The IRB in this RWC with there meddling and Stupid rigidity have shown themselves to be past there sale by dates.
The IRB far from being N Z dominated,it is the NH that has the majority of votes.
What the NH wants it gets most of the time,hence when the new laws were trialled a few years back.nearly none were adopted.

Alleged Rougerie gouging McCaw video,IRB states citing period over neither
McCaw or NZRFU cited Rougerie.Neither did independent citing Board.
Apparently footage is from a Sky tv sports program BUT no charge to answer.
