So much for the post RWC fight back

Tigers get to add Manu to their ever growing injury list, he has broken a cheek bone and will be out for 6 weeks (missing 4 HEC games), he joins Allen on the sidelines who has had surgery after slicing open his thumb whilst doing some DIY (he will be out until January), Tait is confirmed as missing until December and Twelvetrees is struggling with an ankle knock. These add to the long term injuries of Crane, Newby and Brookes who won't be seen until the new year whilst the likes of Youngs, Young and Staunton have all been nursing knocks.
Good news in the shape of Castro's return this Friday and Cole set to sign a new deal though!

Surely if Manu is out for 6 weeks he'll only miss 2 HEC games, as we have 2 AP then 2 HC then 2 more AP in the next 6 weeks?
What's your likely centre combo going to be given these players being missing?

If we manage a top four finish this year then that will have been a small miracle!
I genuinely can't think who our centres would be.
Let's see:
Allen - crocked
Manu - crocked
36 - crocked
Tait - crocked
Agulla? He might move in to mid field
We've got Forsyth and Matt Smith as the only two fit that have "centre" as a position on the squad list on the wobsite.

Looks likely to be a pairing of Smith and Agulla with Forsyth on the bench. That's not a great option against a Sale midfield featuring a couple of big PI internationals. Unless of course Flood goes to 12 and one of Staunton or Ford go in at 10.
Good point Ozzy he should be back for the Clermont games which will be a massive boost plus great for the neutral as it will be Manu vs Rougerie a real clash of the titans.
