That certainly is quite an insult Rowley, i would imagine Haye's to be just as bad to be honest.

I quite liked Haye's personality although everyone else seemed to hate him, but he's beginning to annoy me a bit now.

Heard him talking about his book previously.

For me if he were to just do an interview and give Wlad some credit for beating him I would warm to him a little.

It's one thing to say stuff while building up to a fight, to carry on afterwards shows him for the person he is.

Think people are being harsh on Haye because he lost to Klichko lets not forget he was a natural cruiserweight taking on huge heavyweights maybe if he was around when heavyweights were smaller he would have been able to win. Tbh most of what he says about the Klichkos is true they are boring to watch and have boring personalities dont get me wrong I think they are quality fighters but Haye is right the division is boring he was trying to make it exciting and add interest I think he did that look how many people got interested. Would they have been as interested if it was just the Klichkos? I dont think they would have. Imo Haye retired because the fans went against him it is a shame becuase he was one of our best ever fighters and an all time great cruiserweight yes he lost to Klichko but Lewis lost to Rahman in a fluke did everyone turn against him?

I'm sure people in Germany / Ukraine don't find the heavyweights boring, just the UK and US. If the US doen't have the champion then the whole sport is going downhill etc.

If you look in the past there has only ever been probably 10 years in total when the heavyweights were interesting. It's a boring division.

Yet there is little coverage of the Klit's that they are boring even though they KO nearly everyone they fight.

As I said it is one thing to be loud and vocal before a fight but if you win you should be respectful and if beaten you should be humble.

Im not sure mate there have been lots of quality heavyweight champions look Ali, Marciano, Tyson, Foreman, Lewis and Holyfield they were exciting to watch the Klitschkos are boring fighters and they have no personality imo the division needed Haye to hang around but Vitali would not give him a fight and the fans turned against him coz he lost to wlad which was said to see. Haye just speaks his mind I think we all know the Klichkos are boring champs Haye is right about that but seems people wont forgive him for losing not sure why he could have had a rematch it reminds me of when Naz retired.

Waingro the fans did not turn against him because he lost to Wlad, they turned against him because he promised he would reinvigorate the division, give Wlad hell and show the likes of Chambers, Peter et al up for the fat slobs they are. Truth is when he got in there he did none of this, he went down with just as timid a whimper as each and everyone of those.

Add into that the fact that he was a man who wanted to revitalise the division and didn't want jokes defences but accomodated Audley Harrison and I'm sorry but you can't help people feeling he was something of a charlatan. Talked the talk but when it come time to deliver he was as bad as the rest of the guff populating the division. Genuine question Waingro, outside the oafish comments outside the ring what do you feel he has done inside the ring that has genuinely bought excitement to the division? The only fights of his that have even come close to delivering excitement are Barrett and Ruiz and to be honest I believe either brother would have done equally as convincing a number on either of those guys.

Ne neither, but it he must derive some pleasure from it. He has that same mindless refusal to accept reason that D4 used to subject people too, but at least D4 used to hand Coxy his backside on a daily basis. Waynegrow hasn't even managed that relatively easy feat, yet.

Is there a Waingro 'clan' now? One Waingro for each board or something....?? Personally I like him, he's like the special kid at school, being mean to him just makes you silly, just have to accept that he's allowed the privilage of opinion, as we all are, regardless of whether he knows how to use it.

Doubt it'll happen...Haye to lose if it does, with a tiny outside chance of winning a decision if he considerably ups his work rate.

I've always said that Haye has a better chance against Vit than Wlad. Vit is slower, less effective with the jab, older generally not a good a boxer as Wlad. If it does happen, Haye via UD for me.

If Haye lands enough bombs I believe he can stop Vitali...No doubt everyone is going to come out and say Haye hasn't earned it but what other heavyweights can pose any problems to the Klitschko's?

dan rafael is usually pretty good for these type of things as well to be honest
