I can't lose Matri as I am at bare bones in the CF position and also I rate Matri higher than Ledesma.

I could include Matip or Kharja as part of a deal to give you a DM. Kharja I value at £4m and Matip at £7m, so would do £6m + Matip, or £9m + Kharja (to meet your £13m valuation)
