A second penalty to Munster on the five metre line. They should get a try here because Lemy's back as well.

excellent defence from Leinster, they managed to hold off Munster and get a penalty with nine minutes to go. That was possibly Munster's best chance of a try.

Ah its not excellent defence according to leinsterbaby because they gave away lots of penalties.
Its very worrying from an Irish pov that we are looking like we'll only have one province in the hec knockout stages this year.

Great break from Johnny Murphy! Munster on the attack, they need to keep this. Advantage...maybe not. Six minutes to go...penalty...now what do they do??

Re: Fever in the Aviva II – this time, it’s provincial
I have to say that mcfadden was the most disappointing player on show today, not the worse, just the most disappointing. I'm beginning to fear hes not going to be that special.
Hope earls isn't as bad as it looked because munster are Flip without him, mcgahan made a load of terrible decisions, his team selection was poor and the gameplan is hopeless.
Can't wait for next weekend even if its going to be largely disappointing for the Irish provinces, got my tickets today for next week.

I don't know we've a lot of injuries and a hard group, pienaar being injured is a huge blow. Leicester aren't as good as they once were but Clermont have been very strong so far this year.

Leinster's scrum is in big trouble. BJ delivered tonight.
It is now 217 minutes since Leinster scored their last try against Munster
Its such a pity we won't have Earls or Felix for next week - but young Danny had a good game. That was a nice welcome to Will Chambers

Clermont are such a powerhouse but consistently under achieve, Leicester are living on their past reputation. Good but not great. Ulster have Afoa now, Ferris is back and a good mix of Irish and niq. I'll be backing them all the way.

You can't score tries if munster consistently concede pens. Same old story, munster indiscipline makes it all too easy.

Yeah but we have no control what so ever at halfback which will cost us at some stage.

I think Humphrys is decent. Hey if France can get to the toilet final with a scrum half at oh and NZ can get there with a cancer surviving skateboarder and a reject then Ulster can get by. They have the goods they just need to step it up.

Humpreys can be good when he wants to be but as big a problem that he is, the loss of pienaar is huge because marshall isn't the best.

At least POC/Munster realise that there is a problem with giving away penalties and realise it has to be sorted.
Schmidt & Sexton didn't notice that Leinster gave away 13 penaltie (to Munster's 17).
Thats the second time that Schmidt has whinged after a Munster/Leinster game. He really came across as arrogant in that interview - 'we wanted to play rugby'.
