Announcement regarding rugby mods.

Some of you will have noticed but I thought I should make an announcement anyway.

Hopefully you will all join me in congratulating Rugby Dreamer on joining the admin team.

Since becoming a mod, she has shown great judgement and has handled many a tricky situation with aplomb. the decision to promote her was a no brainer.

So once again, congratulations to Dreamer - all bow down before your new master

I have`nt read any of her comments here,BUT I wish her a happy time inthe new job.

I've just noticed, elsewhere, that RD is now green!

This is very well deserved.

I remember, from my mod days, that RD was an absolute trooper, behind the scenes, here on v2.
