007 - Skyfall (Potential Spoiler)

So the new James Bond has been announced - Skyfall. And if rumours surrounding the plot are to be believed, it's not just 007 who will return for this film... but also Blofeld!

If true - I wonder how he will fit in with the more modern Bond format, and be brought into the 21st century like James Bond himself? Will also be interesting to see who will play him, if he is indeed in the script.

Not sure how a Sam Mendes directed James Bond will look - that'll be intriguing for sure.

And apparantly Adele will sing the theme tune. Which I can see working very well - hopefully a return to the more classic sounding themes of Shirley Bassey and Tina Turner.

Not sure how excited I am to be honest, I enjoyed Casino Royale, but Quantum of Solace was in my opinion - the worst in the whole series. The only way is up I guess...

I'm just not a fan of the new Bond, it's just too Jason Bourne for me though my preferred Bond style (Roger Moore) is too akin to Austin Powers or Johnny English.

I hadn't watched much Bond until Casino Royale, which I thought was excellent, so watched a few of the older movies on ITV when they use to show them. I went to see Quantum of Solace, but if I'm honest I really can't remember what the storyline was or what happened!So I'm glad that the film won't be related to the previous two Craig movies.

Judi Dench is a fantastic actress and I've read somewhere that this film will be about one of her past mistakes coming back to bite MI6s bum, so hopefully it'll mean a lot of screen time for her. With regards to the rest of the cast, I've heard of some: Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, Helen McCrory and Naomi Harris. I haven't seen Javier Bardem in anything, but if Blofeld is returning, does that make him likely to play him?

Oh, the new Bond girl doesn't look half-bad either

i like Daniel Craig tbh, adds a cruel side to bond and he's the first in a while who i can realistically see getting his hands dirty as bond as well as fist fights.. the other bonds didn't really do that for me
