Mayweather in New Radio Spat!!!!
Hi guys,
Listened to this this morning and my feeling is, this DJ should be tarred and feathered then put in a boxing ring with each of Floyd's opponents then to come out and again say how pathetic they were.
Cheapskate DJ trying to make a name for himself springs to mind....

Roughly two years after his infamous on-air verbal altercation with rapper R.A. The Rugged Man in an interview gone terribly wrong, undefeated welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather once again scoured the satellite radio circuit in search of his next opponent.
The dance partner this time around was DJ Rude Jude, co-host of The All Out Show on Sirius Satellite Radio Channel Shade 45.
The results weren’t nowhere near on the level of the war of words with R.A. The Rugged Man, who mostly offered an informed opinion while keeping Mayweather in check for the duration of their tirade. Nevertheless, it showed the manner in which the pound-for-pound entrant chooses to carry himself in between fghts.
Audio uploads of the interview went viral in a hurry, with Mayweather calling in at the request of rapper and close friend Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson in response to claims that the radio hosts were trashing the undefeated superstar.
Mayweather began the call with the suggestion that he wanted to clear the air. A fixture on the hip hop circuit, Mayweather insisted that he respects what others do in their chosen profession – those in the radio industry, in particular - and demands that the same respect be shown to him in return.
From there, the six-time champion in five separate weight classes sought clarification over disparaging comments made by someone on the show.
DJ Rude Jude (whose real name is Jude Anthony Angelini, of Pontiac, Michigan) jumped in, stating that he had nothing against the fighter, just that he believes he’s been ducking his pound-for-pound counterpart, Manny Pacquiao.
That’s when the fun began.

I didn't feel sorry for Floyd at all he made himself sound like an a-hole. One of my pet hates is idiots playing the race card. I don't even understand what it had to do with anything in that interview.

Don't feel sorry for Floyd because he would have to be pig stupid to not realise people were criticising him for not fighting Manny but agree with Steffan that the guy is out of order calling guys like Oscar and Hatton bums, they risk their lives fighting for a living, deserve a bit more respect than some mouthpiece trying to make a name for himself.

Not to mention that they were very, very good fighters in their own right, Jeff..
Re: Mayweather in New Radio Spat!!!!
Indeed fists, hindsight is a wonderful thing but Hatton was something like 39-0 and universally accepted as the best light welter in the world when he fought Floyd. However am sure some local DJ in the states has an exhaustive knowledge of the sport and had done his research before labelling him a bum.

"Fiddy told me to call you *****" - How much time does he spend with 50 Cent? Something very strange about it.

"Hey Fiddy, what's mine is yours bro... eat the ice cream in my freezer. Have a wad of cash. Oh and give Miss Jackson a good 'un for me homey. Ima off to the gym!"
I can see that.
