When does the cash injection come into effect?

Foreign's and extra money come into effect on Monday, does that mean 00:01 Monday morning (ie 59 minutes before Survivor Series)?

If so, touch. I'll get my foreign bid in at 00:01 and get first option

I've only got 2 targets for foreigns and news that prices will be lower means the possibility of getting both of them

Foreigns and cash injection become effective at 00.01 Monday morning.
The following clause has been added to the foreign transfer conditions:

if there are any bids for a wrestler between 3.30pm and 4.30pm that have already been bid for, the transfer window for that wrestler will be extended until 5.30pm to give the first bidder a chance to re-bid.

So does that mean if someone bids at 3.29 and bids £1m more than the 1st, then they'd be more likely to get the wrestler?

No Churchy, cos the window shuts at 4.30pm anyways, still giving the first bidder an hour to counter bid.

Guys, I know we are only about half way through, but we are busy planning for the next season to make it better than ever.
Just so we have a rough idea on numbers, is everyone currently involved going to carry on in season 2 also?
