Ospreys or Bunnies?
Sorry to drag things down to such a childish level, but following on from the nappies on the new Springboks Sevens kits, if you haven't already noticed this - once I tell you, you won't be able to watch the Ospreys again with a straight face all season.
Whilst watching the Ospreys Scarlets game a couple of weeks ago, my girlfriend burst into laughter almost as soon as the Ospreys ran on the field. When I enquired what the hell had set her off, she pointed at the screen tittering like an audience member of Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em. "Look at their cute little bunny tails!" She said.
Not sure which genius decided to put an indecipherable round white advert between the buttocks of the players, since not only can you not see what the sponsor advert is for (did they ever think they’d get a TV close-up on that area?!), but sure enough it looks like they’ve all sprouted bunny tails. I found it particularly hilarious on the scrum-half as he darts around the scrum after the put-in.
Maybe once you've got 15 international caps and 50 appearances for the Ospreys you're allowed to add a pair of ears?

It's genius. Your girlfriend was obviously looking in the right direction, and I was at that derby match and looked very closely at Tommy's backside to read the advert......it's for tampons*.
(*Note: it wasn't really I couldn't decipher it as much as I stared)

You boys are just concerned cause it forces you to admire those lovely bums. Actually did you notice in that gallery, Mefin Davies doesn't have one. Must mean his bum is disappointing...
I wonder if it says "If you can read this, feel free to kiss my arse..."

Exactly Marcus. That's why it's genius advertising. They know people will be instantly drawn to it and mesmerised...

Hmm, as I had suspected from the blurry flashes on TV - the advert seems to be for Trade Centre Wales. What makes it even funnier is that when you can see the advert, it appears a car is being driven out of the players rectum!

Re: Ospreys or Bunnies?
I've always thought that a lot of teams, Welsh in particular carry far to much sponsorship, I think the celtic league should limit the amount of area that can be covered. I think it ruins kits.
Connacht got praise for having a nice kit at the weekend, and I think part of this is because it is uncluttered with sponsors. The Ospreys have sponsors on the collor, numerios ones on the sleeves and now there arse. is there really any space left to get more sponship in???

Kings - I agree. That's one of my bugbears about the shirts - there really is too much sponsorship on them. I suppose that's the way it goes though if they want paying. I really liked the Connacht purple shirts.

Re: Ospreys or Bunnies?
Never understood why can't they sell versions of the kits without all the sponsors on them. They'd shift way more. Went to Parc Y Scarlets last weekend for the first time and was thinking how nice the Scarlets away shirt was - until the I saw the MASSIVE UGLY "DYFED STEELS" logo on the back. Who wants that crap, seriously?

It's all part of the professional era Marcus. Sad but true. It's great advertising for the sponsors when the public are wandering around with their logos on show as well.

We have it on the front of our home shirt too I personally don't like it, but Dyfed Steels ahve been really good to us over the years and I guess we really do just need the money they pay. Our shirt would look so much nicer without it but oh well, tis a necessary evil I guess.

More embarrassing is that the logo is from those dodgy car sellers Trade centre Wales. What a bunch of shysters they are!

Re: Ospreys or Bunnies?
Not as annoying as that "Webuyanycar.com" advert. I hate that, anyway on topic...do you think it'll generate interest from other manufacturers to sponsor a sportsman/woman's arse? Andrex loo roll, maybe? DFS chairs? M & S knickers?
