WTF playing the opposite of 2010

Last year WTF surface was slow and low bouncing.
This year WTF surface is fast and high bouncing.

I would say "different" rather than "opposite", but to my mind (and some will disagree with me on this 
) there's no doubt it's playing faster but also with a higher bounce. Should really suit Djokovic perfectly.

I watched a clip of London 2010 and it's pretty slow there too. not sure about the high bounce.
Regardless Paris seems considerably quicker despite being slower this year.
