I hadn't known that about their history but I have to say I have never seen a more unhappy Ulster squad than in the Matt Williams period. I actually remember posting about it on the old 606. Makes a bit more sense now.

Lucky if you can't get a copy I've got one and can hang on to it for a couple of weeks until the big meet up if you still want to read the leak analysis then.

They managed to fill about 8 pages on it.

Shingler banned for 5 weeks. Was 8 but some knocked off for his clean record. Absolutely appalled with that. The red card no problem with, but that ban is Love sacks.

I'm pretty sure I've treated myself to one of those before actually. Considering that waking up with a stranger is usually accompanied with a severe hangover id say they go quite well together!

ah bum. Was wondering if we were going to hear anything about this at all, was going to ask you later. Think 5 weeks is really steep for that tackle.

It was a very bad tackle. Worse than Warbs and rightly got a slightly higher semtence

The beeb are saying 4 weeks.

1. How many Lions caps Rob Kearney got in 2009? Was it 2 or 3?

2. Any ideas what shoe size he is? I don't think it's 11....

On 21 April 2009, Kearney was named as a member of the British and Irish Lions for the 2009 tour to South Africa.[10] He made his Lions test debut as a substitute in the 26–21 1st Test defeat in Durban. Due to an injury to Lee Byrne, Kearney was selected again for the second test in Pretoria. He scored the only try for the Lions, however they lost 28–25. He then played in the final test in Johannesburg where the Lions won 28–9.

So once as sub + 2 starts.

Normally I'd be having a good giggle at England's misfortunes, but this is beyond a joke. Makes sad reading as a rugby fan. Still a will make things better.
