Welcome to the Virtual Rugby Pub - a place where you can come in for a sly beverage and discuss whatever's on your mind, or just eavesdrop on the regulars if you fancy a break from all the rugby chat.

The only rule in this pub is one of mutual respect for everyone in it, oh and no defacing pictures of Rhys Priestland, Cian Healy, or the special one of Charlize Theron and Gibbo above the bar!

I've decided to buy Iestyn's Testimonial Calander of scantily clad Scarlet rugby players. Will either get it on Friday or the big meet weekend. Am hoping it's a £10 well spent.

Got to keep these people in their place. They are happy there. Give them freedom of thought & will, and it turns in to a veritable nightmare, man.

He's a good egg, Iestyn Thomas. He knows he's been overlooked unjustifiably by Wales in the last season or so, but he hasn't gone to the press or thrown a strop about it, he's just got on with his rugby.

Well see this one is of the squad minus all it's internationals which is why I wasn't going to get it, but then saw that Andy Fenby is in it and well....yeah Very Happy

And sure, people would buy the Munster one, for Wally alone.

ha just finished my Welsh, in double quick time. Had to write a few paragraphs about something I really enjoy/interested in, coz we've got to do a mini presentation tomorrow. Was easier then I thought!

Aparently there may be some world cup stars in the Scarlets calendar (according to Scarlets Fever forum), but I'm not sure who, means I'm deffo deffo going to have to buy it now.

Doing the exercises is better than using a support. You need to reteach your ankle to do the job itself.
