The Filipino Flash vs Chemito set for 28th May
First topic message reminder :
As some of you may be aware last year I predicted that the p4p rating would be a Filipino 1-2 by the end of 2011. Donaire at the moment is no.3 on the list but a win against Moreno on the 28th of May should make my prediction come early.
Moreno, will be a a more tricky puzzle for Donaire to solve he may lack a big punch but has slick defensive skills, it should be a great match up.
Donaire could still have 2 more fights later in the year, one against the winner of Agbeko/Mares and then could move up for another title.
How do you see the fight going does Moreno stand a chance or will Donaire blast him away like he has done in all his big fights.
With the talent around at bantam-feather could Donaire challenge Pacquiao position as p4p no.1 in the sport?

And you'll dodge the fact you retardedly misread my sentence and won't admit so.
And the Concepcion fight proves that point wrong as from memory it was roughly 8-4 or something like that. Stop making sweeping statements about "barely losing a round" because the boxing world was pouring scorn on his level of opposition post Darchinyan and prior to Montiel.
Anyway, had enough of your rubbish (like most of the board by the looks of it, nothing changes) so hometime

Guess coxy was taking a leaf out of his hero's book, Floyd.

Donaire has hardly lost a round in 4 years and string of KO victories and has not even had to get out of 3rd gear for his fights.
A special fighter and willing to take on the best and brings great tactical skills and explosive firepower to the ring.
Perceived ability? Unless it comes to Mayweather, in your silly little mind. Good to see you can't seem to outgrow your fixation with the far East. I'm sure the Bangkok tourist board are looking forward to your next visit D4. Oh, and a word of advice: if you absolutely MUST order online, make sure they put air holes in the box next time.
Donaire is a very good fighter, but needs to demonstrate consistency and dominance. Right now he can only work towards the former.

If he hasn't got out of 3rd gear according to you how do we know he has a 4th or 5th gear, a lot of what your saying is merely guess work.
He has 2 very good wins and one goodish win, not as good as Marquez or Martinez in my opinion

I mean he always seem in control in the fights, always comfortable, never really been caught with anything big.
Who will take him into the trenches for a tough fight?

That doesn't mean he isn't fighting at the top of his game, being taken the trenches shows vulnerability and in my opinion it's better to win in a matter looks easy

Donaire second best boxer of his generation, give over.

Based on the back of Donaire's three best wins (Sydorenko, Darchinyan and Montiel), are we expected to believe that Donaire's career to date has eclipsed that of Mayweather? Only a completely backward buffoon with either a) an agenda, b) a crush or c) both of the former could even begin to think such a thing.
