Knocked off Miami 31-13.

Went 14-0 up in just over a minute and my offense never stepping on the field. Dolphins won the toss, first possession 3rd and 6 at their 44 and tried an improvised screen and an incompletion means fumble, JPP hit Bush and Boley scooped it for a TD. 2nd Dolphins possession, 3rd and 10 on their 20 and Henne throws a pick six to Terrell Thomas. 3:40 left in the 1st quarter.

Was 17-10 up at the half and I didn't score a touchdown on offense until the 2nd half, 54 yard (probably 44 yac) TD to Gronkowski and a 2 yard Bradshaw run to put a stamp on it.

hopefully niners starting to feel the heat at the top of the division

Hey guys, just one more match left in week 8, niner vs Browns.

When that game is complete I will advance the to week 9. I will post on here a couple of minutes after I've done it. This is going to be strict as we enter the 2nd half of the regualr season.

Whatever day I advance to week 9 after niner plays his game will be the same day I advance to week 10 next week. This gives everyone 7 days to play their game, so far this week has been 8 days, if there is still unplayed games after the 7th day I will advance the week and that game will be simmed. Obviously if there's a big reason why you can't play just say so and you'll have an extra few days to play.

Week 9 is running. Beat the Patriots 31-18. Kenny Phillips had one sack and 2 pick sixes. Two passing TDs to Manningham.

I was going out right after the game and rushed it, i just kept throwing deep passes to harvin that never made it, ill make sure that i have lots of time next time i play, just threw so many picks

Mockingjay - you going to update the tables at the top with the forum and Xbox Live details of all owners? It seems I'm not the only one confused about who is which team...

PS, next time it may be easier to split the human owners between AFC and NFC. The season may run quicker and at least there's a chance of human v human SB that way?

mm. if there were 3 of us in each division that wud be fun but the idea of an on-line franchise with teh chance of no human v humas games is a bit of a down side to me.

im happy yo go AFC as Miami

I'll update the top post later.

The original idea was to have every team as a human team. Obviously it's not generated much interest and the NFC suggestion was to ensure more human interaction.

My defence just won against the Eagles, offense deserves no credit.

though lynch got 114 yrds and green got his average 100+

nah maybe u 2 just cant connect , try ymmrw aswell but if not then u two just cant connect in general, can u egt into a party OK?

We tried pretty much everything.

Niner - Looking at the web there isn't much on there about fixing this, but the indication is rebooting your router and/or releasing and renewing your IP address (with your ISP) might help. I could connect to other stuff on Live OK last night, so I suspect this is either your IP, a problem with the EA servers (most likely IMHO) or some kind of clash between our IP's (unlikely).

i had that problem b4, its works eventually but its quite frustrating, when u do get round to playing niner can u beat him for me?

If I can, I'll beat him for me - I'm looking at 8-0 if I do! Not only that, but with pretty much the original Redskins roster. Given the 49ers D though this could be my toughest match by far to date.

MJ - Niner and I managed to play but he lost his connection with just under 3 mins left in the 4th tied at 14. He's conceded and M12 said it would be a win to me but its showing the result as a tie? What happens?

I guess it's just a tie, as unfortunate as it is, there's nothing I or anyone can do as you can't replay games the system thinks have been completed.

It's week 10.

cherriesfan plays Baltimore, skins is up against the Fins and we have two all human match-ups this week, the Bears-Lions and Giants-49ers.

niner I'm available anytime Monday and Tuesday afternoon/evening between 2:30 and 10.

Its no biggie, I'm just concerned that Madden contradicted itself by saying it was a win and then displays it as a tie. Anything in the franchise set up that flags/controls this or is it all down to Madden Online?

Good game anyway. Built 1st half 14-0 lead with long TD to Moss and then good D to help me win the field position battle. Niner then came back with solid D of his own and a couple of good drives. Had the ball at his 32 (IIRC) with just over 2 mins. left when connection lost. Was planning on running it to get in decent FG range - wasn't prepared to throw a lot as Grossman had started throwing like he was on speed!

Niner - You got to admit you got lucky on that long pass. I mean, 2 DB's falling down when the had him bang to rights?

PS How did you manage to pry Harvin away from the Vikings? Trade?

i traded edwards for harvin, ive had similar plays with harvin a few times, the smaller speedy guys always make the lucky plays

I think the computer will accept any trade, you could offer Grossman for Brady and it would be accepted. There's no logic in online franchise.

think the A.J green trade was good fro me, cough cough an top 3 in teh league WR stats wise, garrad was a good pick-up off FA,,
miller+moeaki lets me do alot of 2 TE sets wihich work well.
BTW how does teh draft work, dow e all need to be online
