From what I remember reading around the time, Rico was actually very highly rated in the ring and on the mic, but once he got saddled with the fashionable gimmick he was never going to make it. They had a great opportunity, when it was revealed that Rico was working for Bischoff, and the Billy-Chuck wedding was a scam to screw over Smackdown, to make something of him, but alas nothing cam about.

Aside from the Billy-Chuck fiasco, he is perhaps best remembered for scream "Jeff!" while stood on the top rope waiting for Jeff Hardy to remember a spot at a PPV at Madison Square Garden.
