I think they have announced about 5 different independent reviews to look into how the RFU is run, fitness and conditioning, the right way to toss a dwarf etc...

Although he is Professional Rugby Director - apparently Sqeaky has nothing to do with Senior Team going forward - to concentrate on relations with clubs, I think. Lord knows.

They need to cut out middle management not add to it.

Basicly,an apology for Englands RWC perfprmance,a lot of maybes re Coaches.interim coaches,new RFU
.A Manager taking over roles,so Coaches can concentrate on selection/team.
The TEFLON ONE escapes again,no word on existing coaches being sacked.
Ideas are good on things like more links between Test and League sides A la the NZ pattern.

They aren't adding to it - the Head Coach will be answerable to the CEO not Rob Andrew which seems to most people a good move & removes that unnecessary layer that Mallett & othersbwerebtalking about.
