First topic message reminder :

Glasgow Team

Murchie
Lemi
Dewey (c)
Nathan
Shaw
Jackson
Pyrgos

Welsh
Hall
Kalman
Ryder
Verbakel
Forrester
Fusaro
Beattie

Bench: Gillies, Low, Reid, Harley, Wilson, McConnell, Wight, Dunbar

Glasgow have made a whole raft of changes for this game, certainly a selection with at least one eye on the HC next week. Hogg, Morrison, Weir, Cusiter, McArthur, Grant, Cusack, Gray, Kellock and Barclay are all left out the squad althogether. None are listed as injured so I assume in most cases (if not all) their omission is to allow them a rest.

Good to see Jackson back from injury and also Beattie back amongst the starters, both will be looking to impress in order to get a start next week in the HC. Bench look pretty week, especially in the backs.

Newport is always a tough place for us to get a result and I don't think with that team we will be able to get close enough to them to even pick up a bonus point.

From what I've seen of Darren Waters, he does seem like he has the makings of a tidy player.

Anyway, from the sounds of the game I am glad I am in Afghanistan Wink I do wish I was at RP to have finally seen Andy Tuilagi in the flesh though. As far as I know, he still doesn't exist.

He look solid Rev - could make a big impact drumroll for us

laughing Cheers As. Have a good weekend this weekend. Very jealous.

Munkian, We certainly need a few more players to step up to the mark at the minute. Sure we'll start firing soon though.
