McCaw's labels the French "filthy"
First topic message reminder :
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/rugbyunion/international/newzealand/8937391/New-Zealand-captain-Richie-McCaw-lifts-the-lid-on-filthy-Rugby-World-Cup-final-with-scared-French.html
New Zealand's rugby World Cup-winning skipper Richie McCaw has lifted the lid on this year's tension-packed final, finally breaking his silence over an alleged eye-gouging incident.
Previously, the flanker had only said he had been "poked in the eye or something... I don't know if it was intentional", but at a charity breakfast in Christchurch, he said that the final against France had got "filthy".
"The French are worse when they are scared," McCaw was reported as saying. "They were as bad as they have been and were going for the eyes.
"My eye was a bit sore for a while and I was struggling to see for a bit. I was surprised they didn't cite him (Aurelien Rougerie)."
Rougerie escaped being cited for foul play in October's final, which New Zealand won 8-7.
Video evidence suggesting the France centre had a case to answer only came outside the required 36 hours after the match.
The IRB will now look at extending the citing window after reviewing the footage.
His latest bout will take place just weeks before Williams makes his Super Rugby debut for the Waikato Chiefs, after switching from the Canterbury Crusaders in the off-season.
Tutaki, 33, has a record of 19 wins, 21 loses and one draw.

Us Kiwis are pretty nasal at times too Feckless! Maybe it's lost in that mumbles monotone we have.
Ha Biltong does a pretty good job of being an exception to the SA rule on here. If I got to Joburg I'd look him up for a beer. Though he'd probably end up helping me fill out a police report in Afrikaans after my luggage got flogged at the airport.

Only joking. Didn't mean any of that. Except the Irish bank one. That's clearly true.

A bit of a case of the pot calling the kettle black!
then again you'd better not use the word Black around New zealanders because they might take you to court for breach of copyright... provided Neath Rfc allow them too of course!
Anyway back to topic...
Filthy French... have their ladies not been shaving their arm pits again?!

The French spectators never do the Mexican wave.......they reserve that gesture for World Wars.

They stole your coat and sold it on eBay. Next to the early 20th Century French armed forces rifle they have on there. Pristine condition, dropped twice but never fired...

The funny thing is the French call us the cowards for buggering off and leaving them then waiting for the yanks to come and rescue them

The funny thing is that great britain was also waiting for the "yanks" to get interested in ww2 to save their allmighty island from the germans but guess you are more interested in slagging off the french are you biscuit (note this is valid for some of the last few posters, havent read all the posts as I normally try to ignore this type of topic) ? next time get some inspiration from the likes of TGG and be a bit more creative at least.

Whoa there sonny Jim, here....have some boobs!
Strikes me that young Biscuit was simply putting your point of view across and not "slagging off the French"
If anything my post was the dodgy one - hence the coat-getting part to show no hard feelings and all that - and it was meant purely as a really daft joke and not an honest reflection of the French as a Nation......apart from anything else I am positive I have seen a Basque wave being performed (see what I did there? ).
Let's all have a nice hug and get back to normal.......slagging off McCaw for being a girlie cheat
Now then, where on ebay can I buy my bloody coat back as it's getting chilly outside now and I think it's be a while before I'm let back in

Blame Vodka, I was slagging of the British superior attitude we have about WW2. Treating Dunkirk like it was more importnat than the defence of Stalingrad plays out like the time the England team took a lap of honour for losing to the All Blacks by a smaller margin than normal in the eys of Johnny Foriegner.
Try actually reading posts before you wade in abussing people and youll come across as less of a pompous ass.
