15 round fights

Should they be brought back? I always felt that a world title should be seperate from regional championships and as such should be 15 rounds.

Thoughts?

With weigh ins happening thirty-six hours beforehand rather than on the morning of the fight, I don't think it would be a problem to bring back the fifteen rounders, but realistically it won't happen.

The 'twelve rounds is safer' brigade will (rightly, I suppose) question why the longer format should come back, and twelve rounds also fits in better with the television stations, particularly Stateside.

I stayed up until about 5am for Cotto-Marg to start after Rios-Murray. Give me an extra half hour sleep please.

Lets be honest the only reason half of the fights now are 12 rounds is because its all for some 'Burger King' title. 10 rounds would do me for most of these domestic fights we watch. 12 is more than enough in my opinion
