Triple H’s changes for WWE developmental that have been discussed for months look to be happening soon. Matt Matalaro, who has been working hands-on in FCW including as an announcer, is now working at WWE headquarters in Stamford, CT with the creative team. His role is to help coordinate debuts and new characters being called up.

Triple H has the plan of not calling anyone up unless creative has a good idea for their character and a long-term idea of what to do with them.

Think this is a very good idea imo. As shown on the worst debut thread, if people are just thrown onto the screen without an actual idea of what to do with them then they swiftly sink without trace.

Tyson Kidd is great example of not a long-term idea of what to do with them!!! WWE broke up The Hart Dynasty and for what? So he can job to jobbers on Superstars?

That was beyond belief on why they broke up the heart dynasty. Great tag team and now look at them both on there own Rolling Eyes

Brodus Clay is already doomed to fail,wwe having no clue what to do with him!

They should have brought the ascension up with kane or a darker character to lead the stable.
